Ordered a part 12 days ago - still nothing, tried to contact them - no response, looking at other people experience it gives me little hope that I’ll receive the part in condition that I saw in the photos if I’ll receive anything at all… Would recommend to stay away from them.

Weary bad custermer service, payment on the internet incl. transportaition 150 euro, and after they want 240 euro for transpiration on top of prise.

The worst experience I had was with a car parts seller, I ordered the goods that were in the picture and I only received one of them that I didn't really need, I bought a set of parts and I received one of them that I didn't need, I tried for 10 days to get in touch with the sellers until I finally managed, but after explaining the situation they said that the seller didn't want to take the goods back so a refund was not possible, so it turned out that the 116€ that I had paid went into the pockets of the fraudsters. The advice I got from Xdalys is to sell the part yourself???? is a bit of a sham, it's the first time I've been cheated when buying car parts

Finally arrived. Information sharing is a bit bad. You pay the money and wait, not sure if anyone will deal with the transaction. But in the end you will still receive the goods.

Mi caso resulta que compre un deposito de adblue valorado casi en 500€ y ya pasaron 20 dias y nada, les mando e-mails mensajes en wassap y no contesta nadie me siento totalmente estafado

They do not answer the phone, do not send messages that the parts came. You must go to the office and ask for your parts if you want to get them. Even tho the parts came after a week, will not use this shop again

Bad experience,I received a non working display product,I contact them for return but nobody answer to email or phone.Don't buy products form Xdalys,they dont have return policy on the website,BiG Scam Company Xdalys.I will never buy from them.

Motorkap besteld ,184 euro betaald en je hoort niets meer. Reageren niet op mail, telefoon ,heb de bank mail gestuurd dat ik mijn geld terug wil. Je hoort helemaal niets. Nooit iets kopen want je kan fluiten naar je geld. En ook niemand kan je helpen je geld terug te krijgen, onbegrijpelijk dat dit nog steeds zomaar kan.

Tellisin 2014 toyota aventise stange. Kulutuses oli kirjas, et sobib 2012-2015 aasta autost. Tarne Eestisse kestis 12 päeva. Tegelikult selgus, et stange on 2016 ja uuemast autost. Kirjutasin neile kirja.

Vaadake ise mida nad vastanud.

Leedu kontori vastus on järgmine:

1. Kiri on saadetud 15dal päeval peale ostu sooritamist, kaebustega saame tegeleda kui teavitatakse 14 päeva jooksul.
2. Stange on täpselt sama, mis on pildil. Kliendil on kohustus veenduda tellitava kauba õigsuses ning 2012-2015 ning 2015- FL stanged on visuaalselt juba erinevad. See, et kaubale on ekslikult vale nimetus läinud ei muuda midagi.

Kahjuks ei saa me midagi teha, et Teid selle tellimusega rohkem aidata.

I ordered a replacement rear door glass for my Hyundai Matrix. I have been looking for the door glass and finally managed to one from Xdalys it arrived today 7th may 2025. It is in excellent condition and is now fitted to my car and it fits perfectly that made me extremely happy because i've been searching for one of over 7 months 🤗🤗

i ordered a g80 m3 block over 30 days ago and i have not received it nor do they answerer phones or e mails stay away

Es una auténtica estafa, hice un pedido y me dicen que lo han enviado, cuando nunca me llegó nada, y que si lo quiero tengo que volver a pagar gastos de envío, nada recomendable. ES UNA ESTAFA

Item exactly as described and arrived a day earlier than estimated and only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is it was slightly over priced but still a fair deal.

Commande de 357 € jamais reçue, carte bancaire débitée et surtout aucune réponse de Xdalys.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUYS, The worst communication ever, they do not answer email, I have been waiting for them to ship my order for a month now and till now no signs of my order. this type of company should not be allowed to sell online, seems like I got scammed.

Ordered a car part from this guys. Rrecived different clor than in el. shop advert and damaged.
Wrote them about this situation and they just ignored my emails and phone call.
Visit their office and the declare that i damage that part by myself becase wanted to refund.
No return No refund.
Ridicilous.
Going staight to Customer Rights Comission with that.
Strongly don't recomend thise guys.

Never they send me engin head broken. I called them hours no answer. Send email no answer. I spoke with polic i hop they will help mig 650 euro i paid.

Uks mille tellisin oli nii halvasti pakitud, et transpordi käigus on seda mööda servasi veetud ja servadelt on värv maha tulnud. Tuleb üle värvida.

Encomendei um par de amortecedores para a mala do meu carro, optei por esta empresa porque achei o preço atrativo para as 2 peças, quando recebi a encomenda só veio 1 peça e depois de vários e-mail e algum tempo de espera responderam que houve um erro no anúncio. Não me devolveram o dinheiro nem arranjaram nenhuma solução, aliás, nunca mais responderam aos e-mail que enviei a seguir. Não recomendo nada esta empresa.
