Had a call off Daniel from Zego insurance. Very polite and professional.

I received all the information I asked for and felt confident that I was getting the insurance policy I needed for my vehicle.
Gabriela did a fantastic job.

Danny was fantastic. Called in discussed my issue with incorrect information in the policy. Within a few minutes he had an updated policy ready for me with all my correct details.

The fact that you can only receive help through live chat is enough of a red flag, I went to cancel my policy from the same date my new policy is due to start, the person on live chat clearly didn’t read my message and cancelled from the wrong date then proceeded to tell me there’s nothing they can do about it once it’s cancelled leaving me with no insurance for the next few days meaning I have to get temp insurance till my new one starts. This individual has refused to recognise their mistake and refused to allow me to speak to anyone else to resolve this issue.

Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Had to travel and stay in hotel 5 nights whilst doing work related training in the hotels conference room. Took my car as it's better on fuel and comfier than my van. Whilst on my last day of training I got a message saying my insurance would be cancelled because I wasn't driving my van enough. No customer service line just AI chat that takes an eternity to receive replies. Explained I was away Mon-Sat and they said the manager looking at my policy decided that my insurance would be cancelled because of the 5 days without driving. What made me really angry was the fact they took my insurance payment off the day before and after cancelling tried to hit me for £86 and said they calculated the previous 5 months usage and that's what I was due them for those months even although I paid them £86 per month plus the initial deposit. Honestly ladies and gents stay well clear of this shower of sh!te.

Very pleased and delighted with the price and the service that Zego give.
I also enjoy looking at the Zego app to see my driving ability.
This year I have had the best price for years on my van insurance due to my driving score.
