Zoo Printing has never let us down. They are always wonderful and accommodating. If ever there is an issue, they take care of it immediately. Patty Nelson is one of their CSR people, and she is so caring and treats us like we are her only client. I can't say enough about Patty Nelson. She should be commended for the kind of job she does.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. It takes a few days just to get a reply
This was a reorder and there was no mechanism to reorder. I had to start the order again asking for an estimate and the whole 9 yards !
Even to change quality from 750 to 1000 took 2 days !
I don't think Zoo will even read this review given the operations they run !

Quality Printing, Frustrating Communication
This an overall review, not a current experience.
The print quality is generally good for an online printer, but communication is extremely poor and shows no signs of improvement. Production updates on the website are often outdated or missing, making it difficult to track orders and forcing customers to contact customer service for answers. What they don’t seem to realize is that keeping their production information current and communicating proactively would eliminate a lot of unnecessary calls and live chats. Better communication would make a huge difference in the overall customer experience.
