Absolutely first class customer service and great products. Have used Zure a couple of times for bathroom reno's and will happily use again and recommend without hesitation.

Love my rose gold fixture’s (shower head, taps, toilet holder, towel rails), price is reasonable, spoke to staff on the phone and they was very helpful and lovely
Great LED mirror. Also great service - they delivered the wrong mirror initially, then when I contacted them they immediately responded to advise they would pick up the incorrect mirror and replace with the correct one. This was done within a week. Brilliant.
We ordered two Hampshire Butlers Sinks, advertised as 605mm wide. We designed our kitchen & laundry around these sink specs, and our cabinet maker made a 5mm allowance. Subsequently, both sinks are significantly bigger and do not fit. As a result, we have had to find new sinks this evening, which are double the price and are coming from interstate express, so we do not delay our renovation. It was Free Delivery; however, we paid for Express Delivery. When we told them this story they said it was very common…
In saying this, please do not buy from this company as they do not take any responsibility when their product is not as specified. Their receptionist was friendly; however, their customer service do not care about their customers. Their initial response to our first phone call was to email images of the measurements. We did this immediately, and their reply to our email and photos was that they couldn’t do anything about it as they have a 5mm allowance on their measurements. They failed to read our email or acknowledge the photos provided to see that the measurements were WAY over their 5mm allowance. After calling them a third time and re-explaining this, they said they could replace the sinks, but it would take seven working days. We don’t have seven working days, as we have trades waiting for these sinks to progress our renovation. They then agreed to refund the cost; however, they advised that WE would need to pay for the return courier for a fee of $300!!!!
How can this be? They supply an inferior product, and we are penalised…
We are giving Zure 10 out of 10 for the way they handled our Order. We had an issue on delivery with our Vanity. After a phone call and photos exchanged - we received our replacement vanity within days.
When ordering online, many variables can go wrong. For this company, we are prepared to say reliability, friendly customer service that delivered what was promised - receives our thumbs up!

Items not in stock but only notified after initial purchase, average communication, issues with freight and item is quite different in colour to that represented online.
Amazing communication and replacement of damaged items, however we had ordered four pieces from Zure, and 3 showed up damaged, and then in total I think it took another 4 goes to receive items not damaged or faulty. I think it comes down to the couriers they use.

The mirror has chips in it, I am still waiting for someone to get back to me, I have sent 2 lots of photos., and asked for someone to call and sort it out. This has not happened

The shaving cabinet I ordered was missing parts and I had 2 additional deliveries for the missing parts. When the builder attempted to install the cabinet the quality of the cabinet was terrible. Mirror didn't align, joinery very poor quality. I got a refund however my cost of paying the builder to install was not reimbursed
