Don’t bother booking for a large party!!!

I am currently at Gravesend Harvester trying to celebrate my Birthday with Family. Thanks for ruining it Harvester!!! I book for 16 and was never told it would be 2 tables of 8 on either side meaning I couldn’t talk to have my guests without keep walking over! The salad bar was empty and we waited ages with no staff caring. Now we’ve waited nearly a hour and still no main courses! Half us us want to walk out. Update when the meals finally came I went without food and so did a family member as they were stone cold! It was too late to wait for another one. Another was cold but got a replacement. The Supervisor & Manager were rude and blamed me saying you should have said you wanted to be seated together! And we’re busy so the tables are done online and we can’t help it. Never again I was in tears.

Sadly getting worse

I’ve had this card for my Mum who has Alzheimer’s for about 4 years now but sadly the direct debit top up is getting worse. I always have the money go in on the 1st of the month. If it’s a weekend or holiday it goes in late which I get but now (like today) it hasn’t gone in and sometimes takes until late in the day to go in. If it’s for kids I guess it’s not to much of an issue but Mum’s in a care home and uses this for the hair dresser, treats and days out etc so it’s a real problem. Trying to explain why when I don’t understand myself really is hard.

This is great for adults with issues too

This is excellent not just for kids but for people like my Mum who has Alzheimers. This gives her a level of independence whilst not putting her bank account at risk. The only downside is I have money put on on the 1st of each month but if that’s on a holiday or a Sunday it goes in late which causes issues.

Disgusting Customer Service

BT is an absolute disgrace when it comes to Customer Service on the Digital Voice issue. 4 times I’ve called as I’ll need an engineer as I’m disabled and can’t do it myself. Each time I’ve been told a different story and told wait for this and wait for that. Lady No 3 said we can’t book an engineer until we have an order in place. When you get that email call us. I’ve just done that to be told by lady No4 oh it’s took late we can’t book an engineer once there’s an order open!!!! I’ve also been told even though this is BT’s choice regarding digital voice not mine it’s tough luck I’ll have to pay for an engineer (when my friend had it done for free just coz she didn’t know how to do it) now I have to wait until the day after it cuts my home phone off to ring for the 5th time and beg for an engineer! Then who knows how long I’ll have to wait before I get it up and running. I have complex medical needs and rely on my home phone incase I have an issue with my mobile Disgraceful. 😡

Absolutely Beautiful

I ordered a personalised bag from this company. It was a Grandma bag which I changed to Auntie and could put the names of my Nieces and Nephews on. I was a bit worried what it would be like as it was quite expensive. Well I needn’t have worried as it arrived perfectly. Good size, great quality and printing was clear and of good size. I will be buying more from this company.

Printed the photo the wrong way round !

I ordered a photo ring with my Grandchildren on from this company. It came with the photo printed on its side and looks stupid and can’t be worn. I complained immediately and was told that’s the only way they could fit it on!!! No one contacted me to say the photo wasn’t suitable they just printed it wrong and tough. They’ve offered me a 10% refund meaning I’ve paid 90% for something I can’t wear. NEVER order from this Company

One got half my order and no reply from Customer Service!

I ordered 2 crutches from this company and only 1 arrived. I immediately filled in the contact us form and heard nothing. So on Monday evening I sent them an email and have still heard nothing. I’ve tried to call them and you just get a recording saying they can’t answer your call at this time! My first order with the company and it will be my last 😡 I want the item I paid for or a refund! Disgusting customer service.

* UPDATE: it took me writing this review before anyone contacted me after trying twice to contact the company. I was told all the customer service staff were allowed to take the same time off???The other part of my order has now been delivered and the man that rang was very apologetic. Thank you for this but mine wasn’t the only bad review so this needs looking at as your products are amazing and it’s just delivery/customer service that lets you down.

Etsy needs to do due diligence!!!

I have used Etsy for a long time now but recently am getting really angry about their lack of due diligence on their seller. Out of 5 orders, 2 Etsy refunded because the seller was no longer trading on Etsy yet was allowed to take my money. I had to wait a while for it to be refunded. Then the other 3 said they send goods from the UK when all of them send from China so you know a) they’re not genuine goods and B) it will take ages to arrive. The items weren’t cheap either.

This company is disgraceful

This company is disgraceful! After ordering 2 maxi length dresses they arrived and can to just below my knees! I am tall but for it to be maxi length as in the photo you’d have to be below 5ft. I accepted a credit refund and bought several other items. The parcel arrived and it has 7 totally different items in the bag. I went on live chat and after being put on hold several times and after an hour had passed I was just told put in a refund!!! How disgusting??? I want the items I ordered. Well this wasn’t an option so I told the advisor I would never use this company again. Only to find they won’t refund to my original card and only issue a credit refund, so I have to use this sham of a company again or lose my money. Stay away because if anything goes wrong they just don’t care 😡😡😡

Darko B was very helpful when my smart meter went crazy and said I was using almost £600 a hour!!! He’s passed it on to the meter team for them to deal with it. He’s also booked an appointment to get a new smart meter for gas fitted.

Incapable of following instructions

Despite giving them a gate code for my apartment complex numerous times & my phone number if they need help, still they can’t be bothered 😡 My usual guy is great but when he’s off they’re useless and just say we couldn’t get in. Then despite contacting them within minutes of so called delivery you never hear from them again!!! I’m now without an urgent delivery. Useless company 😡

Absolute Disgraceful Service!

Asda groceries today has given diabolical service. I am disabled and rely on home delivery and have used them for over 15 years. I ask that they can me so I can open the gates on my apartment complex. Usually they say Hi it’s Asda and I go out. Today he called and I got silence despite keep saying hello. I went out anyway and before I got chance to open the gates he picked up my delivery and left! I was less than 1 minute. I have tried calling and have had to call them 4 times because I kept either getting cut off or left on hold for 20mins 😡. They offered me a £5 e-voucher and told me to rebook express delivery, The e-voucher didn’t work. Then I got told they are busy so they can’t ring the store, then basically got told tough we’ve refunded the amount and can’t deliver today unless I pay £8.50 for express delivery. After all these years of loyal service you don’t deserve my custom anymore. Am beyond livid right now.

Disgusting Customer Service

What a disgrace you are! My delivery slot was 10am-1pm. At 1.15pm I live chatted as the tracking was still saying on first delivery. I was told to give it another hour and message again if still not arrived. I messaged again at 2.15pm to be told to wait another 2 hours as there could be traffic or late orders. At around 4pm I checked the tracking and it said it had been delivered! I contacted you again. I explained that the driver had to call me to open the gates of my apartment complex and they hadn’t so why lie 😡 where is my parcel? She said oh it looks like it was delivered to the wrong address (not sure how with such detailed instructions) she said I’ll put in a report to get you refunded. I asked if she could guarantee it for the same slot on Fri when she then mentioned about it being redelivered. I couldn’t waste another whole day waiting in. She totally ignored my question and said she put in the request for a refund. So obviously a long term customer and Argos card holder shouldn’t expect loyalty or decent customer service. All 3 chats should have been emailed to me but haven’t been and I just have to hope they will finally do their job and refund my money. In the meantime I have to look elsewhere when most of Black Friday deals have ended. I won’t be purchasing from you again.
EDIT-The person lied about it being delivered to the wrong address because after I ordered from another company your guy turned up at 8pm!!! He said it wasn’t delivered elsewhere and said they were stupid . I made him take it back because I’d already ordered from a more reliable company.

Excellent tights & even better service

Finally after 50 years I’ve found tights that fit! Great quality and well worth the price. By mistake I ordered the wrong size on some and they let me return them no worries unopened. 3 pairs came that were a different colour then they looked on the model. Again no worries with the return. Highly recommend this company and their tights.
