Absolute rubbish parts

Absolute rubbish parts - ordered parts for BMW the fabricated 3d printing is utter garbage, they do not fit and are brittle and break, they also have a different texture so look different from original equipment - their returns policy is designed to frustrate and stop you returning for refund. I ended up having to alter the part just to get it to fit and fix it with adhesive - AVOID THIS OVERPRICED JUNK

Order #330789 (November 7, 2025) - email sent regarding quality week after receiving and trying to fit - you then want pictures, send back at my own cost, blah, blah blah, all done to frustrate me from returning item as I would be even more out of pocket. AS PER MY REVIEW your item and returns policy is rubbish - as stated my recommendation to potential buyers is to AVOID YOUR CRAP.

Again standard BS statement from you - you dont trust customers and frustrate their right for a refund - Do you think I am going to waste more of my time and money to chase a refund - I told you item was defective and you know your items are poor quality so set up your refund process to make a customer jump through multiple hoops to try and get refund - I hope people reading realise your stuff is junk and avoid it. Clearly they will see dealing with you for a refund is a circular chase the tail process, while you keep their money after supplying defective parts.

We strongly disagree with your statement.

Requesting a description of the issue and photos is standard complaint and return procedure used by virtually every company, especially for vehicle-specific parts. It is not done to frustrate customers, but to:

verify the issue,

confirm compatibility,

and determine whether a replacement, adjustment, or refund is appropriate.

Expecting a refund based solely on a single email stating “it doesn’t fit” — without any details, photos, or verification — is simply not how returns work in any professional business.

We clearly communicated that once we receive the necessary information, we are able to proceed with a solution. Until then, it is not possible to process a refund.

We remain open to resolving this matter properly and fairly, should you decide to follow the standard return process.

Happy with service

Happy with service, sold my X5 through Motorway. Offered top price (trade) and collected car from Scotland following day once new VC5 came through as I kept private plate. All in it took only 7 days from bid price through Motorway to car being paid for and collected. Their assessor John was a top guy, friendly, good knowledge and made fair assessment on my car. John did point out a couple of tiny things I had missed on front bumper and a tire. We agreed a small discount of £350 from the original price of over £44K which was a reasonable outcome. Overall happy with service and I would highly recommend you ask for John to do your assessment and collection, the guy is one of those few individuals you come across in life that are a pleasure to deal with.

Customer focused and helpful

Customer focused and helpful, responded quickly to emails and following up with purchasing dealer. I kept private plate and help process of transfer and new VC5 for buying dealer. Selling an expensive car can be quite stressful and found Motorway process easy and with ability to decide not to sell even after auction gave me freedom of choice and not necessarily locked into process one its started. Payment to me was quick and happened within 15 minutes of dealer assessor checking car and agreeing price. No qualms in recommending Motorway - plus staff I spoke to on phone were also very helpful (Dan & Simiso)

Cantilever sliding gate - 16 years and new motor

I had cantilever sliding gates installed with a CAME motor in 2009 by Andy. They have operated faultlessly for 16 years and outside a couple cold winters when in-line fuse blew due to gate working through heavy snow there has been no need for repairs. Last year my battery back up PCB board failed and was £44 to replace (unplug and plug in replacement). Andy talked me through this on the phone as I needed them working asap. This year after 16 years the CAME motor became erratic. Andy advised on the new CAME model. Once delivered he fitted replacement unit and set up all parameters in a few hours. I have found Andy of Alien gates to be reliable, knowledgeable and helpful. He was busy when I needed work done, so had to wait few weeks until his diary opened up, but in my view well worth the wait.

Easy parking and walking distance OK

Easy parking and walking distance manageable to airport. Ticket failed to let me out and asked for payment of £240. Aye that will be right - had to call concierge who cleared machine remotely and lifted the barrier. Only thing was this was late at night in the dark and the machine is poorly lit and it was impossible to see the call for help button on righthand side. These machines should be better lit up or have lights at the help button. That said would likely use again if pricing remains competitive.

RIP off on delivery fee
AVOID THIS MOB
I ordered £45 worth of materials and paid £12 for 1-2 day delivery.
It took over a week to deliver, when I chased after 3 days they told me their supplier didn't deliver to them. I asked for refund of delivery fee. I have since been ignored then told we let you know it was going to be late (that was when I called then, not them calling me!!). There delay in dispatch / delivery has cost me more in cancelled trades and reorganising work. Joke of a company and will never use again. Jokers obviously market items they do not have and then only ship when they get in. SHAMBLES AVOID THEM

Great quality I could not fault strip

Great quality I could not fault strip. Price is slightly more than other replicas I saw but quality is spot on, so happy to pay that bit extra, especially when you can add logos, etc for real genuine look & feel. Used them a few times for kids as they grow so quick.

July 2024 - Ordered the Electric Pressure Washer - 160bar PEPW 2000.
The product has a cheap and nasty plastic hose connection which leaked water from my push fit Hozelock connection and also a unbranded pushfit connection. I had nothing but hassle in trying to return the item and gain a refund. Parker Brand give you a constant run-around between their technical department stating I need to take a video so they can assess fault and that if I return they may deduct money from any refund. I had already spent time assembling and dissembling and repacking so I refused to rebuild and take video and stated I was returning it under distance selling consumer rights with having to then pay for return postage (another £10). They confirmed receipt and took video of unpackaging item and testing it - however they did not show themselves using the supplied hose connection as their hand was out of the picture. They are still refusing refund, so now applied to my credit card company for refund. --- This company is a disgrace if you have an issue. IMHO AVOID THEM.

On actual product it is quite flimsy, does not have any weight at only 8.5Kg so likely not very stable when pulling on hose. Hose is a cheap plastic variety. Best spend £20-30 more and get a decent named brand as the Parker Brand one is awful.

Aye it was okay

Aye it was okay, but drop your prices and stop gouging customers. Really annoyed that I had to pat £10e for all passengers seats, another £80 on price of holiday.

Useless web site for ordering - AVOID
Placed order paid by paypal. After accepting transaction payment it said (Converse) contact them and never got confirmation email of order and didn't let me put in my address. After a day I placed order again as assumed transaction was void. No now I have 2 orders being delivered (contacted customer support who informed me). Asked if I can cancel first order, NO, both orders now confirmed (more than 48hrs after placing) and I need to return items not wanted. What a shambles of a company. AVOID these clowns. For a company of this size to have such a poor web ordering is a joke.

Good search engine

Good search engine - price always competitive. Only wish they let you change flight details yourself as they book it on their own card, so if any changes it is a bit of hassle. (previous covid changes was a right PIA)
