Incompetent and don’t care!

Absolutely useless, ordered 25kg of Sticky Krill on 15th August for trip to France on 2nd September, order said up to 5 working days, still not received by 26th August so I rang them, they had not even ordered my bait in from Sticky! Its not going to be here in time as Monday is a bank holiday, absolutely useless, nobody bothered to tell me there was a problem so it was a good job I rang to ask where my bait was! I was told they would ring me back, they didn’t, I had to chase again, was told “nothing we can do as Bank Holiday weekend” this will be my last order with them!
Just read the rest of the reviews, wish I had read them before! Avoid these jokers!

I do apologise for the delay in getting this order dispatched. We do not stock those size bags in our warehouse so these get shipped directly from the manufacturer. I am sorry this has taken longer than stated but still should have arrived within 5 working days.

It worries me to see all the positive…

It worries me to see all the positive reviews from the new customers knowing that within 6 months they will be tearing their hair out in frustration with ADT as once they have taken your money, the one thing they do well, and installed the system that's it, no more attention, customer responses etc. By far the most Customer Averse Company ever. I have been with them from 2014, I am terminating all contracts with them!
I have again been banned from their Facebook page as my reply to someone on there was negative, it seems they don't like honesty at all as it was suggested my comments were unfounded and lies! A really 'nice guy' called Simon Anthony has blocked me from telling the truth to their new customers, who by the way get a much better deal for buying this rubbish than existing customers! Loyalty eh!

Unprofessional and incompetent

Unprofessional and incompetent, keep sending debt recovery threats to our address to a person who does not and as far as I know never has lived here! That means our address will be on a bad debt listing somewhere due to their incompetence!

Absolutely appalling company

Absolutely appalling company, they continue to take your money, annual increases over and above inflation whilst failing to supply any sort of reliable service, customer service is the worst I have encountered, they lie to you whenever they open their mouths, repeated non attendance for engineer appointments, archaic equipment, avoid at all costs!
By the way, if you leave negative feedback on any of their social media sites they will remove the comments and prevent you from leaving any other messages, they also only ever show positive feedback when over 20% of their customers actually rate them from average to bad!

You will probably see the reply saying they have tried to contact me re this, they haven't, more lies!

ADT no longer care about anything but the money!

Been with ADT for a few years now, and in common with other reviews on here it seems that their Customer Support and Service died about 2 years ago, I have put up with repeated system errors, I have used their complaints email to tell them what I think, no response at all, in the past they even moved to telling me things I could do to fix problems! My cctv system is now archaic, they say they will do things and they don't, there has to be a better company out there! I am now actively looking!

So following my negative review I get the classic b******t message that they have passed my complaint to the relevant team! What a joke, heard nothing! Now my fire alarm batteries have run out so rang ADT to be told they would disarm tamper and told me to take out the battery to stop it bleeping and that as its a fire alarm its treated as an emergency and I would be first on the list for this morning, engineer would call to let me know what time, so I wait in, no call, no engineer, just a text saying they are too busy and an engineer won't be coming for two weeks! Yes two weeks! This is ADT folks, avoid like the plague!

They also prevent you from leaving negative comments on their media pages, I left comments and I was blocked from leaving further comments and my comments removed! That's how s**t ADT are!

Their customer reviews show that over 21% of their customer's rate them from average to bad!

You see it says in their reply that my details will be forwarded so they can sort this out, not heard a thing!

Appalling company

Appalling company, weeks ago I bought tickets for a concert this coming weekend, Van Morrison at Audley End, unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I cannot go, I tried to re-sell the tickets but apparently I cannot sell them on their site, tried talking to Customer Services, got no answer for weeks, the concert is 5 days away and still no tickets so I cannot sell them on eBay as I have nothing to show, this has cost me over £200, absolute conmen!

By way of an update, not only do they ignore you but they lie about ticket delivery, I have paid for delivery, now just 3 days before the concert I am told they are no longer posting them and they have to be collected on the night using the original pay card, now I definitely cannot sell them on! Disgusting, lying, incompetent conmen!

Avoid, they are liars!

My initial review for mydentist was a positive one, they were great, now they lie to you, do not have the resources to actually supply a service and have left my whole family in the lurch!

Paid for collection, no one turned up!

I waited in all day yesterday for these incompetent conmen to pick up a parcel, collection window 08.00 to 20.00, guess what? No one turned up, no message, nothing. You just cannot trust these people and especially on the run up to Christmas I would avoid them like the plague!

These people steal (lose apparently) your parcels, especially when valuable, and then make it as difficult and long winded as possible before you can get your money back, even though it is their fault!

Hermthieves stole two very valuable…

Hermthieves stole two very valuable parcels from me this week and hurt a lot of people in the process, they still have not finished the investigation as to what happened, this is over a week later, The parcels have not turned up and I am badly out of pocket! This was obviously an inside job as both parcels were posted at the same time, both went missing at the same time at the same part of the process, both were iPhones, it is not difficult to know what happened, where and when, they are using stalling tactics to try and cover their a***s!

I thought Hermes had sorted its problems but alas no! Two parcels 'disappeared this week, both posted same day, both were iPhones and both have disappeared, I now have two irate buyers, and one was meant for a birthday present to be given on Tuesday, you have really f****d me over! They have obviously been stolen and it must be an inside job, but now I have to wait to get a refund, my buyers have to wait for their refunds which will affect my ratings which were 100% positive and you have ruined someone’s birthday! I paid extra to cover the value of these so I want my money NOW!

I thought Parcel2GO had sorted its problems but alas no! So see the ridiculous response below! The phones were posted internally in the UK! Please explain in this day and age especially why it takes 7-14 days to find a parcel let alone two parcels posted at the same place, at the same time and with internal UK addresses? 7-14 days!!! Really!!! Then your systems, and your suppliers systems must be ARCHAIC! P2G61515755 P2G61515754

By way of a further update, Parcel2GO agreed days ago that the parcels were stolen, sorry, lost! I then had to upload loads of spurious irrelevant documents to prove all the things their systems already knew! And I am still waiting my reimbursement!

And still it goes on, I am just about to go on holiday and this is still not sorted, absolute thieves! It really is not worth sending anything valuable with these people as you end up out of pocket, it takes weeks of frustration to deal with these numpties, do yourselves a favour and use trusted delivery companies as these really are not trustworthy or honourable in anything they do!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I would like to extend my apologies for all of the issues you have experienced.
It would depend on a few factors as mobile phones being sent outside the EU, for example, are prohibited. So if this were the case and the parcels were being sent somewhere outside of the EU, the courier may have realised they were carrying prohibited goods and marked them as return to sender. Returns aren't tracked in the same as a normal delivery and can take a little longer to arrive back to a sender, depending on where they were in the world when they were marked for return.
Regarding the refunds you have mentioned: if a claim has been opened to locate the lost parcels, we do have processes we have to adhere to with the couriers I'm afraid. In the first instance, the courier will search any applicable depots, hubs, etc... for the parcel and hopefully be able to locate them and continue delivery (or return). Couriers do advise us this initial search can take around 7-14 working days, depending on where the parcel last tracked, if it was passed on to a local courier in another country, and that sort of thing.
When the results of this search come back, either positively or negatively, the claim can then be moved on, supporting documents would be requested and compensation can then be paid.
I'm unable to locate any orders based on the details provided but I would like to be able to assist more for you. If you could please email us at online@parcel2go.com with any relevant P2G numbers in the subject bar, we can get this thoroughly investigated.

TeamKnowhow know nothing!

I recently purchased a Sony TV and Soundbar from CurrysPCWorld (another useless bunch) and paid an extra £249.99 for an "expert support service" from this bunch, well basically what a waste of money that was! The TV and the Soundbar will not voice sync so I have been communicating with these people who obviously do not give a toss, I still have the issue and no one has bothered to sort it! They are quick enough to take your money!

So you will now see the reply from TeamKnownothing, all of those things they suggest I have done, and I still have an unsolved issue, they are also now suggesting if I wish to cancel the support agreement I will lose all support with immediate effect, sounds like they would rather I do that than them help me! Please avoid these people!
