The customer service from Naked Wines is second to none. I’m not saying that there is never anything that goes wrong with this company - their courier has recently given me the runaround - but I always think that it’s not the problem that causes the issue - it’s the way a company deals with the problem. And I have had excellent customer service from Liam - fast response - most polite - delivery issue resolved - and a little bit of compensation to boot. Oh - and the wines are great too!!!! Brilliant.

Still waiting for replacement worktop job to be done. How much longer? Almost a year since we reported a fault and we have been storing your worktops since August.
HOW MUCH LONGER? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP SORT THIS OUT

After putting my review on here a week ago I am disappointed once again that we have had no contact from Wickes regarding our worktop being replaced. The replacement parts are still taking up room in our garage and the wonky, damaged, supposedly rectified worktop is still in place in my kitchen. When will someone give us an update on what is going to happen to resolve the situation?

We had a kitchen supplied and installed by Wickes. The units are good and the installation was also good. However within the warranty period a split in the seam between 2 pieces of worktop became visible. We reported this to Wickes and they sent out someone to rectify it. He sanded and sanded the worktop until there is a visible dip in the affected area, and the seam is still cracked open. Now we are still trying to get them to come and replace the worktops. The replacement worktops were delivered in August - straight to the middle of our lounge - but we are still waiting for them to be fitted. We have had an installer around to assess the job and he suggested a work-around to ensure we didn’t have a lot of damaged tiles on show. However wickes have not delivered the upstand required for the complete works to be done. The installer kindly moved the worktops into our garage where they are still taking up most of the floor. It is a joke trying to get anyone to respond and commit to getting this sorted once and for all. Would I recommend Wickes. NO I would not. Not because of the sales and design staff - not the installers either. But the warranty/aftercare department are absolutely hopeless to communicate with. If Wickes would like to respond to this review I would be more than grateful.

The whole set up of this on line ordering service is efficient and so are the deliveries. They pre warn you in plenty of time when the delivery is due. You can alter the date it will arrive. You can add or change items within the order up to a certain time. Deliveries arrive when they are supposed to. Even now when I contacted them to say our beautiful Labrador has gone to sleep forever, they have been extremely efficient and acknowledged my request to cancel further deliveries with no fuss at all. Totally great company to buy your pups food from. Whole heartedly recommended.

It was easy to download the app and I was happy to get a £5 credit! The app is easy to view the status and details of my account too.

My prescription was delivered quicker than I expected and got me out of a tricky situation whilst waiting for a review and repeat prescription with my GP.

I loved the sweaters and logos when I saw them. The order I placed arrived but had an incorrect item. I was disappointed as the 2 hoodies were Xmas gifts. However once I emailed and notified them of the mistake, the correct item arrived within 2 days with no cost to me. Absolutely thrilled with the service and they were here for Christmas.

My dog loves the food, it arrived when they say it will and the App is very easy to use.

The item was in stock, arrived on time and fits true to size.

The tin is just as I ordered. It’s really cute - even better than I expected. I’m sure it’s going to be a lovely Xmas gift. It arrived fairly quickly considering its personalised. More than happy with it

I recently needed some plastering work carrying out. AGM Plastering (Alan) quoted for the work and carried it out quickly and to a very good standard. I’m very pleased with the work. If you’re in the Richmond North Yorkshire area I would totally recommend him.

After placing my order I was called away from home for 3 days and I realised I wouldn’t be at home when the delivery was due. I sent an email to try to delay the delivery. I then spoke to a lovely lady at Nutriment about the situation. Nothing was too much trouble. The delivery was intercepted and delayed until I would be home. When it arrived the delivery arrived within the specified time and it was packed perfectly. Couldn’t ask for more than that!

The mirror arrived quickly and it was very well packed. There was no damage to the mirror at all. It is exactly as it was described and it works really well. The non-touch feature is very effective and the demister is brilliant.

The snag tights are great for wearing under a dress, when you don’t want to wear tights. They give a smooth finish under your dress and fit very comfortably. I’m sure that I’m going to wear them a lot!!!

The order arrived safely and quickly and I was kept informed of its progress whilst being processed.
The dress is lovely and I’m really pleased with it. It more than met my expectations and I think it was great value for money.
I will definitely keep my eyes peeled for more clothes from this company as they definitely did a great job with my order.

As a landlord I expect a good level of service and care along with professionalism from my Letting Agent. This is exactly what I get from Linley and Simpson’s Willerby branch.
Emma and her team listen and act on instruction and are competent and efficient at getting my property ready for letting. They get back to me when they say they will and their hard work is impressive, and results in a good relationship. They have trustworthy tradespeople who they can call on to carry out repairs for tenants with no fuss which, after all is what everyone wants to ensure that tenants are happy in their rental home. Very pleased !

He could have arrived quicker - however the patrol that cam to me was very courteous and knew what he was doing! He gave good advice regarding what I needed to do next
