Great customer service. Got back to me when promised.

My account was very easy to setup but my wife's was really difficult with so many security checks.

This is a scam. Saw an ad on Facebook for a leaf collector. Website has now gone. Contact details don’t work. Shop don’t want to know. Do not use this Company or Shop.

Received a cheap charm in a bit of string today and lawn sweeper now says delivered. No way of contacting these people. Can’t even report on the shop app as it hadn’t been 30 days.

Turned up on time as promised and carried out work very quickly.

Had to make 5 phone calls to arrange delivery, got cut off 3 times. Never got a call back as promised. Delivery link sent by manufacturer didn't work. A complete nightmare. Now I've got to try and get an invoice. Not looking forward to that. First and last order.

Very easy to use and buy crypto. Shame about the 24 hour cooling off period. I nearly gave up.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the 7th of December for a Christmas present. 1 pair turned up in 4 days. After 10 days I tried contacting Pavers to find out where the other pair were. I went onto their 'contact us' page on their website and firstly text them and didn't get a reply. I then emailed them and also didn't get a reply. I phoned them to be told by a very rude lady our website says to phone and not text or email as they have 2000 emails to reply to and are too busy to reply. When I replied saying the website doesn't say that she put the phone down on me. I called back to speak to a manager to complain but was told I couldn't speak to anybody and someone will call me back. Nobody has called. 3 days later I received an email saying my package has been lost so I won't be receiving them. Absolutely useless company and diabolical customer service. Won't be using again.

Just changed from Octopus to Tomato. A huge saving on both unit price and standing charge. Samantha was very polite and experienced and could answer all my questions during the change.

Sold a phone to webuyanyphone and they passed my details onto Cybersentry who started taking Monet from my account. This is a SCAM. Do not use this company.

Don’t use this company, you will be scammed. I got a good price for my phone but then they pass your details onto a company called Cybersentry who start taking out £6.95 a month by direct debit. There is no way to speak to webuyanyphone or cybersentry on the phone. I had to cancel the direct debit with my bank and get a full refund.

In response to your reply.
This is very unclear in your email. It is in small feint writing at the bottom. I didn’t receive any emails from Cybersentry at all. Not a link for the software, not anything saying they were going to take any money and nothing about how to cancel. THIS IS A SCAM and I can assure you your customers don’t want to be scammed. Just read the reviews on Trustpilot for Cybersentry, all their reviews say it’s a scam and now you’re joining them in scamming your customers. I have also reported this to Trading Standards. Disgraceful.

Do not use this Company.

I paid for a repair to my dishwasher in advance. It's taken 10 weeks and 8 visits from their engineers to fix a small leak. They replaced 3 parts which didn't need replacing and then finally replaced an O ring which is all that was needed in the first place.

I've lost 8 days of wages because of the amount of days I've had to take off work.

Their engineers were absolutely useless, all the work was subbed out. They would also lie on their reports and made me feel guilty by telling me they wouldn't get paid for their visit.

The only engineer that knew what he was doing was Luke. He knew exactly what the fault was and managed to fix it.

It’s now June 2025 and still waiting for you to get back to me regarding this issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
