The appointment was confirmed approximately an hour before scheduled, as promised. On arrival everything was explained in detail and compared to previous eye tests. Results were explained in detail and the whole experience was completed without any stress. The eye tests were comprehensive and all completed in a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!
