They absoutely dredful the engineer who put my full fibre in walked off without saying anything
still waiting to be connected
what the hell is going On !

Its a big Con all talk what would you expect
came speed was worse than befor so called engineer did not seem one bit interested
did not want to to ask ny questions
just cleared off and left me keep making appontments to reconnect me what the hell is going ON

ordered a mobile online ....rang to enquire about delivery.....got through to some one in egypt.
A complete joke...wanted to cancel the order
she started sniggering...she said it was cancelled
called my bank to block payment..not that stupid.
avoid asda mobile they are JOKE.

I misread my final meter reading for my energy bill
phone british gas....said i was due £150..credit on mybill...looked it up on computer got a a bill for £338
they have told me a pack of lies...they have lost over half of their customers of 15 million no wonder.
dont touch them with a barge pole.04...i will hope
get money back by not buying anything for a few years

I spent over one hour on the phone to sky...over an upgrade to my sky box....The service centre is now in the phillippinws....dredful....awful man answered the phone...did not care....i almost told him to sod off...but needed my box...sky are shit firmAVOID AT ALL COSTS...sodding AWFUL

since moving to BT broadband very good connection no problems....sky were absolutly dredful
please dont even consider having anything with them

I have ordered a small item i wanted quickly.
They have locked me out of my account....spoke to someone in cape town south africa..customers services. most big firms now use cape town or the philippines...they are taking the mick
when i get my item hopefully ..i will not buy anything else off them... good job its not a suit... sod them

By tw foreign men...i could not understand a word they said
after a about one hour i managed to get them to install and take the old one away. they semed not to know what or if they should have been doing this....I paid alliance world £96 to do this not peanuts
I would never have used them if i knew they were going to sub contract to people that dont speak english.....dont use this firm...i am just recovering from an heart operation...stress not good for me.
i told them this...its always the same with these firms in this country now a days....grab your money very poor service when delivering goods most of the call centres are in
cape town or some such place.
