This is an excellent little abode for a couple or single person, plus or minus dog. Cosy and warm with double glazing, excellent good-quality appliances, little secure garden with views of horses, easy parking, no passing traffic, good pub and lovely walks nearby. No space for a washing machine - probably best for a short break any way as small albeit comfortable .

Perfectly pleasant conversation but the promised telephone call to get me started again has not yet happened.

Product arrived quickly

I received excellent service, my questions were resolved and a great deal for the first year of this policy. I already have a different policy for my central heating boiler with which I am also pleased.

Excellent warm coat, not too heavy, covers the bottom but zips up a little higher at the front so you can sit down without undoing it. Also fastens with Velcro strips for speed or if not too cold. Especially welcome is the inner pocket, mobile phone size, for added security. Maybe a similar Velcro strip to keep the side pockets closed would have been even better.

Should have read your reviews first. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They sent me a dress which didn’t fit and absolutely refused to accept a return. £32.99 wasted, I doubt even the charity shop will be pleased with this item of cheap quality and I am even less pleased. AVOID THEM.

Nothing went wrong. Easy (although not free, cost me £5.50) return as coat too small and replacement arrived within three days.

We picked up a brand new VW California Ocean from the Edinburgh branch and set off for the Highlands including Mull and Skye. Everything went very smoothly both on pick-up and return, no delays nor problems, staff friendly and helpful. Vehicle in excellent condition and well-fitted out. Definitely a recommendation.
