I use Smart shop scanner and it’s great till you get to the checkout. At the store in Alton Hants it can be quite usual for less than half of the checkouts to be working. Moreover staffing levels are too low. This is stressful to both staff and customers. Add to this the system often needs staff intervention for rescanning or receipts stuck in the machine or some other problem not a good experience. Although I submitted this in respect of a particular visit it’s the same every week. I avoided going close to Christmas envisaging greater chaos than usual

I disliked the way the website listed the seeds on offer all. Varieties mixed up together. And when I tried to go on the bit of the website where seeds were in varieties it seemed to lose the free delivery option.

Initially great help over the phone from Paul Ellis. Then when I went into WGM t Winchester, excellent information and advice given by Richard Lisney and Steve in the sales team. Not to mention a customer in the car park who was pretty enthusiastic about Ego mowers too. He loved his!

I ordered my mattress over the phone and Angie was very helpful. In fact everything including delivery was all vey slick.
The mattress is very firm but very cosy. Just what I wanted. Having slept for two nights on an Otty at a relative’s, I just had to have one.

I have used Octopus for years and find meter reading and billing goes smoothly. I trust them to keep me informed on the best tariff to use. I am pleased to use a provider who is 100% renewable energy.
