Allied Pharmacy, Cholsey in Oxfordshire. My wife and I went here for a flu jab. As part of the process we had our blood pressure taken and mine was on the "high" side. A letter was subsequently sent to my Drs and I now have a follow up. Excellent service by the staff at Cholsey.

Excellent web site with a good range of sheds to choose from. Chose an 8x6 pent design with 25yr guarantee. Order process was easy, selected my delivery date and paid. Was kept updated as to the progress of my order and it was delivered on time. John the driver, very friendly and helped carry the parts through to the rear of the property.

The Kerminator is a well designed easy to use piece of equipment. Using the full length I was able to deliver the powder to the entrance of the nest under the roof tiles safely and without fuss. Judging by the numbers going in and out this was a large nest and one dose appears to be sufficient. A must have for anyone who is regularly getting wasps. Comes well packaged with good instructions including a QR code to a YouTube video to help assembly and a guide to treatment. Would recommend

Problem with a wasp's nest. Booking process was simple, very pleasant helpful lady took payment over the phone and said a technician would contact me direct to arrange appointment. Couple of days later received a call from Nick who came and dealt with the nest. Good job well done, I'd used them again.

BT customer service used to be excellent. I called them last week to check my options and the advisor I spoke to was fairly helpful although the deals he could offer seemed to keep changing. He arranged to call me back a few days later and never did. I put a tweet on the BT page and got the DM us, did that got message passed you should get a call. NEVER DID. Obviously don't want my custom after 10+yrs

Easy to apply, easy to use app, the card arrived really fast and they were quick to up the interest rate too. So far so good. What I don't like so much is the "How many stars would you give Kroo?" email 2 days after joining. Too soon to tell so deducted a star.

Simple and easy to use site, while I understand this doesn't give me the access or results from all insurers the choice was sufficient for my needs. I even found the quote on Confused.com from my present company "OH YES" was £20 cheaper and included Legal cover which my renewal didn't have.

Placed an Order in Early April, told there was a delay in delivery and expect it 7th May. I've heard nothing since. No reply to e-mails, log in to my account and I get "Due to a change in our website platform, we are currently unable to display previous orders to customers". Avoid this company if you want/expect good customer service. Go to a local Garden centre instead. This is not my first bad experience with them won't be using them again.

New to using It's and highly impressed. The product I wanted was £20 cheaper than other sites but for some reason the site kept telling me my card number was wrong so I phoned and spoke to a really helpful friendly chap (Jason I think). Goods ordered and arrived the next day. Only marked down a star as I ordered a cheap handsaw to get over the £100 for free delivery and the saw arrived in it's own box about 3ft x 2ft x 18inchs high then full of scrunched up paper. I'd recommend and will be using them again

Easy to use website with lots of choice, adding a message was simple. delivery options were good. Ordered- delivered on-time and good feed back from receiver as to quality of flowers. I'd use again.

Needed keys for a couple of old lockers. Although they didn't have the keys they said if you can send the barrels we can make them for you at the same price. Sent the locks on a Tuesday got them back with keys Thursday. Excellent service, good communication via e-mail.
