I am a 67 year old pensioner.
The shop was ridiculously cold today.

I noticed that the exit door was wide open, so I asked the lass at the till if she minded if I close it?

Her reply to me was that they're "not allowed to close it" and it was obvious to me that she was cold too even though she is so young.

Since this is the first time I have ever seen or known about this policy, I would like to point out that it is the dead of winter with snow on the forecast and i simply wish to question who in their right mind would subject their staff to such working temperatures let alone their customers?

The delivery driver handled my parcel with care, was friendly and on time.

Melody would you like to join us next Wednesday afternoon we have animals coming that we can hold and touch? She wrote in her text. Of course!! I replied.

Damian brought SO many animals all tucked away in their little nest-boxes.

For around 2 or 3hrs he fetched each one out asking us first which one we most wanted to see. Mostly all of us first wanted to see the Meerkat.

But we saw so many other animals I would find it hard to decide which one was my favourite!!

One Little white creature wanted a bath after all these people had been touching him and Damian knows exactly what they want and popped him into a box full of Dust so we saw him riggle and twist for ages in his Dust bath until he was sure he was clean again!!!

We had all been asked to wash our hands before the animals arrived so I don't know why the little critter felt so dirty!!

Tom always makes eye contact with me before I even ask for help. He has very good product knowledge which makes things that much easier.

Georgie is also very friendly and when I'm in the shop I never feel rushed.

Kristine replied to my cancellation email and was so sweet, I felt no pressure whatsoever and to be honest this makes it more likely than I may well reinstate my order again at some point.

I honestly believe that the Jude capsules probably made a big difference for less leakages.

It's quite possible that this will become more evident now that I have had to cancel my subscription!

WHEN that happens I will probably resubscribe!!

Stuart Baxter was so considerate as well as being a drop dead gorgeous looking man.

He even called me the day before to make certain I would be there.

He took his boots off every time he came back into the house and made sure there was no dust at all after he was done.

Before he left he explained everything clearly to me so that I knew what to expect with the flashing lights should i have a problem with my Internet in the future.

Totally Fabulous and Utterly Silky I'm very pleased with my order 1000 thread count sheet.

I treated myself and will buy another again at some point!

I treated myself to the Top of the range hearing aids and although I had been wearing NHS ones for about 3 years, these New ones were Life Changing!!

Maybe it's all to do with technology or maybe it's the personal aftercare followups from Edward who was friendly and helpful.

Either way I totally recommend you do as I did and come to these people.

Story time:
As a child I remember clouds of butterflies and over the years I realise the farm pesticides have killed a lot of them.

I also believed the pesticides had killed all the birds but when I got these hearing aids, I could hear the birds and realised they WEREN'T DEAD!!

It's definitely a New Concept in toothbrushes and well worth the cost.

This is WHY :
So I purchased it on Saturday 17th May and thought I would wait before writing a Review to see exactly how long the toothbrush required before needing a charge.

Also as a matter of course I usually run down the new item completely before charging it anyway.

The REASON it is now July before I have submitted my review is THIS...

It didn't require charging UNTIL yesterday. That's correct, so it took a Total of over 9 weeks before the red light flashed informing me it now needed charging!!

Yes. 9 weeks!!!
That's over TWO MONTHS!!
Now tell me this isn't a new revelation in the battery life of a toothbrush?

Actually I'm not used to ordering takeaways and maybe only had a Chinese takeaway once or twice in my life.

Recently I have been ordering an Indian takeaway and a very kind polite man delivers to my house. He had told me to visit his restaurant, so by mistake I went into the Golden Dragon.

Rather than simply walk out I decided to order my meal in there instead.

It was just after 5pm so he wasn't busy yet, but he wasn't welcoming telling me he had never seen me before.

Because I was a brand new customer wouldn't you think he might have wanted me to like him and go back again another day?

I noticed a lot of flies in the waiting area so I doubt I will go back again even though the food was edible.

Friendliness matters too much to me.

I had to buy a few things in Superdrug on Wednesday and I hate shopping because I always forget something.

Both Tom and Georgie are so relaxed and friendly that I just wanted to say this matters to me and I actually don't go into shops where the staff are not friendly. Thank you Tom and Georgie!

Not Only is this drink delicious but it actually WORKS !! Stop drinking Hot Chocolate before you go to bed and SWAP that for this !! I Luv this Nigh-time Drink and I sleep so much Better now !!

Snooper Support are always so Helpful. I have a Truckmate sat nav and at times over the years I have depended on them fixing a problem for me when I am out on the road.

Today I spoke with Manoj who gave me good advice and was patient and polite.

A few years ago I tucked my SLR camera away at the back of the cupboard and gave up photography.

My mother gifted my a digital camera. I then wanted to take portraits again. Instead of fetching the new camera out of it's box, I fetched my SLR out of the cupboard.

I searched online to see if it was still possible to even simply buy 35mm films and I discovered Analog Wonderland and found out that there are Loads of people like me who want to use the SLR !!!

Then I bought my ticket for there exhibition in Nottingham on 14th Oct. Can't wait to actually meet up with them!!!!

The sculp oil I bought smelled lovely and has amazing ingredients, I love how it feels soothing and makes my hair shine encouraging curls.

The Milkman is back!
The milk is delicious as is the Oat milk.
The process is easy peasy and when I ordered too much I simply went online and changed my weekly order.

When I had no idea what my 'online portal number' was I just called them and they answered within 2 minutes and straight away knew who I was from my postcode.

Parking matters, it was easy and close to the entry. The staff were both welcoming and friendly. It was a pleasant experience.
