Misleading images and poor customer service

Ordered based on website images showing a full accessory set. Received only the basic version.

After I proved the point by sharing screenshots, the company later confirmed they had updated the images to “prevent confusion,” which says everything. Despite this, they refused any resolution beyond telling me to buy the missing items separately.

Yes, the written description was technically correct — but the images clearly suggested a different product, which influenced my purchase.

Disappointing experience and really poor handling of a simple issue.

*Update in response to the feedback from Gymproluxe. Clearly they don't understand the unfair trading regulations which say the copy AND the image should not be misleading. The image was misleading and misrepresented what was in the product. Such a simple issue could have been resolved simply but their poor customer service team appeared to just want an argument with a new customer. Not a great look.

We understand your comments regarding the images, and as a result of this feedback, we have since updated them to ensure even greater clarity for future customers. However, this does not change the fact that the product delivered matched the specification of the order placed.
We’re unable to provide additional items free of charge where they were not included in the original purchase, but we did offer guidance on how these could be purchased separately if required.
We always aim to be as clear and transparent as possible, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to improve.

Slow, poor fitting and stinking

Ordered car mats and a boot liner. Both took ages to arrive and when they did the boot liner for my Cupra Born didn't fit. The rubber mats for the car absolutely stink of disinfectant - which after a night in my new car completely ruined the new interior smell of my car. Very disappointed

Awful company

Awful company. On arrival at our destination queue for car rental was 2 hours, was then given the wrong car (apparently it was in the same class, but could only fit 2 of our 3 cases in it). Customer service team no help at all. Avoid at all costs - they are cheap for a reason

Dreadful experience

Dreadful experience - waited 2 hours to get the front of the longest queue I have ever seen for a car rental company. When I did get the car it was the wrong one (too small) and was blocked in, so had to wait another 20 mins for someone to get it out. On return I was told there wasn't enough petrol in the car (when in fact I left it with more than I was given). I just walked away in disgust. Rude, unhelpful - avoid.

Poor experience

Poor experience. Ordered a week ago (no order confirmation was received, so I was lucky I took a screenshot of order) and was told I would get 'next day delivery'. One item arrived promptly but no sign of the other. Webchat finally got back to me to say it would arrive within 48hrs and still no sign of it or communication from seller. Nobody answers the phone and emails are left unanswered.

Liars!

Liars - pure and simple. Don't trust them

My phone was valued at £255 only to then be told there was an issue with my order, offer goes to £80. I complain so am offered £165, I reject and they send it back to me (apparently). Phone gets 'lost in the post' and I have to rely on a £100 compensation fee from Royal Mail.

Go to another supplier - these guys are wrong 'uns.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Sent in an iPhone that was in truly excellent condition only to be told it was ‘covered in scratches’ and original price would not be offered

Asked for item to be returned and have yet to get it back - lost in the post apparently.

Promised to get it sorted and have never heard another word

Poor customer experience

Very poor customer experience and total lack of understanding around a very simple issue that could have been resolved simply. They used to be very good and helpful, but the customer service team was very unhelpful. Be very careful when paying for 'next day delivery' on a Saturday as it actually means it will come on a Tuesday.

** update after response from FL. The additional lights we ordered were to replace other lights that had failed (1 month out of warranty) so not only is the customer service poor, but the products clearly are too.

We're sorry to hear this. As advised by our Aftersales team, the next day delivery option is a NEXT WORKING DAY service. We do clarify this on the website, within the delivery details, where it states - "Please note for all next day options you must order before 3:30pm** to qualify for next-day delivery and this is delivered by courier. Please note: This is next working day if ordered on a working day i.e. orders on Friday (before 3.30pm) will be delivered on Monday, but orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will only be delivered on Tuesday."
