Non existent customer service

Impossible to contact Dunelm to get a sensible reply as to why my order hasn’t been delivered, and no tracking number is supplied. When trying to track I’m asked to log into the shipping company, which, as a customer, is not possible.
No phone number, no email, and the chatbot refers back to a tracking screen without a number. What a joke

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. 3 weeks into reporting faulty Talia electric fire, with various follow up calls and emails, still nobody has actually come back to arrange repair or replacement.

Great customer service

Great customer service, from first contact to delivery, very helpful and proactive. If only this type of service was standard in the UK rather than an exception. How much more enjoyable life would be.

Appalling ‘service’

Update: the number supplied in the response from Domestic and General is the number I actually called! And it is the same number as the one printed on the D&G insurance documents! Are they trying to look caring? Useless

Appalling ‘service’. Can’t call it service as it is impossible to get through by phone. Now in my third week of 3 month old Hoover washing machine leaking and can’t get through at all. First time holding for 30 minutes getting cut off, 2nd time holding for 30 minutes and having to take incoming call. Message while holding: we will be with you shortly. What an utter farce. Will have to start dispute with credit card company to get my money back.

I am sorry to hear about your washing machine.

As the machine is still under a manufacturers warranty, you would need to book a warranty call out with Hoover directly.

Excellent service

Fake company pretending to supply tests

Ordered fit to fly test a week before needed. Test never arrived and absolute radio silence to any emails requesting update. Started dispute to get money back via MasterCard and funnily enough, 33 days late, a grovelling, still generic, email arrives hoping I have been able to resolve ‘my problem’. Avoid this scamming company at all cost.

Terrible customer service

It started great, with samples sent and material picked. The order was placed, needed amending for size, which I did the next day. All good, till a week later I received a call saying the material wasn’t in stock. New samples sent, promises made about priority processing, and matching the price already paid.
When it came to placing the new order, non of the above could actually happen, so I now have no option to go with a different supplier and get my blinds in time.
They also implied that because I had to adept the sizes slightly, the order had been cancelled, which was new to me and not true, as the website doesn’t even show the material I originally picked anymore.
When I asked to speak to the complaints department, I was put on hold for 17 minutes, till I had to put the phone down to take another call.
Conclusion, beware as if things go wrong, don’t expect any service.
