Avoid at all costs, go with a known company, like your energy supplier!

I put my application in with this company in October 2024. I am still waiting for an installation, and now they are telling me that funding has run out and I won't be getting it. Had I gone with a genuine company I would have had the installation over a year ago. I am not even sure if they are a genuine company at this point. Its an absolute shambles.

I will add an edit in response to your reply. What nonsense you are talking!
I was upfront with Louise about the work being completed on the house all along, she knew exactly where we were up to. And a quick Google search will confirm that the installation can be carried out alongside renovation works and that the installer will liase with the builders, which is what I tried to do. Louise confirmed at the time that this was possible. So why are you lying and saying that it isnt?

Cornwall Council retracted their decision regarding living in the house in the same week, yet nobody informed me of that.

You have just stated that funding changed and so Eco Providers couldn't complete my installation. Callum confirmed this morning that you knew this in October. So why did Louise continue to tell me that everything was in hand and they were waiting on all different things. Why did she wait 3 months to tell me that actually the funding was not available?

And when are you going to get back to my email like you said that you would?

Dear Hannah,

Our management team have looked into your application chronology in detail and discovered that your comment here is not accurate, and we'd be grateful if you would remove it. Our organisation has consistently generated the highest grant approval rates in the industry, with a trust rating score higher than any other grant procurement provider.

- We note that you slowed the process down by implementing works at your property at the point of application, which you did not inform us of, and your survey could not be completed as this breaches the rules of the scheme.
- We facilitated surveys for you before your works were completed, just to assist you in the procurement of grant compliance documentation to expedite the process thereafter.
- In January, Cornwall Council introduced a new rule stating that applicants must be living in a property for a least a year to be eligible. Your application was in breach of this council rule, which further delayed your application beyond our control.
- You contacted us again to advise that you had been in the property a year and works were almost complete (there is a clear audit trail). We immediately booked another survey for you.
- Your RESG Grant Consultant Louise had your application prioritised and approved the same day as the survey. This speed of approval is unheard of in our industry.
- The outcome of the survey post works assessed your home energy rating as too high to qualify for funding by the approved assessor on the basis of costing.
- Despite a significant financial loss to our organisation due to time and application processing services provided to you, your Grant Consultant Louise agreed to make a second attempt using an alternative provider with a different costing process, again at no cost to you.
- After passing your application to the second provider, the UK Government made a significant change to ECO4, meaning that your application was no longer viable. This second organisation made significant redundancies as a result of Labour's change, which impaired their communication efficacy.
- Louise was able to find out that, not only your application, but every application held with this provider would be prevented from progressing due to the Labour Government decision in 2025.

Referring to Louise's service as 'a shambles' and our organisation as 'not a genuine company' after the level of effort and free service that we have provided to you is extremely disingenuous. Particularly during a time of significant redundancies in our industry as a result of Labour's cancellation of this grant.

NB. Energy suppliers are not able to procure fully funded grants for UK homes as you have asserted above.

Product is shocking

Product is shocking. Made out of a pair of tights! They refuse to let you return them if you have opened the shipping bag! What a con. Do not be sucked in like I was!

Shocking. Left me stranded alone in middle of night

Transfer did not wait for me. Leaving me stranded at the airport in the middle of the night by myself, with no way of getting to resort. Have emailed to ask for a refund and been ignored. To leave a woman stranded in a foreign country alone at night is disgusting and unsafe. Do not use this company!

Poor quality and poor customer service

The website and ordering process was difficult to use. I ordered several hoodies and was told that many weren't in stock so had to change them. I then asked to amend my order before my order had been processed. I was told that I couldn't add to the order. It was a case of "the computer said no". When I asked them to cancel my whole order, suddenly they could amend it. However, they still didn't send out the extra items I ordered. One of the hoodies was damaged on delivery, which is being replaced. Now one of the hoodies has bobbled all over. I've had it less that 2 weeks. Worn it twice and washed it once. They say its because I ordered a cheap hoodie. When paying £25 for a hoodie I expect it to last more than 1 wash before looking terrible. Their email to me suggests that they only expect it to last 1 wash. If only they advertised that!

Our Customer Services Manager will be in touch directly with you to confirm delivery of your outstanding garments today, which had to be sent under separate delivery due to the status of your order. She will also arrange a replacement for your damaged garment.

We do offer a range of garments in terms of quality and price, but we would never expect one to wear within 2 weeks and will be picking this up with the manufacturer directly. We will also be discussing the response you received from one of our agents and ensuring they receive further training as necessary.

Fraudulent charging of delivery

Ordered an outfit for my birthday. Paid for next day delivery with DPD. They sent with someone else who is delivering in 4 days. Will never buy from here again.

Edit- it wasn't DPD, it was the next day delivery service that you advertise and offer. I have emails on the 2nd stating that I had paid for next day delivery. The next day is the 3rd. The company you sent it with don't even work on a Saturday or Sunday, so I cannot see how you say 99% are delivered next day.

Hi Hannah, I can confirm DPD is not a next day delivery service this is a precise delivery service which means you choose the day for delivery.

The soonest they can deliver is within 48 hours from the date of the delivery but they will deliver on your chosen date.

We work with our couriers on a daily basis, to ensure that all our customers are receiving the absolute best possible delivery service on each and every occasionand will always look to improve this service, where and when required. 99% of parcels reach customers on time but there is a small percentage that experience delays. These are a rare occurrence and couriers do all they can to prevent delays from happening but sometimes these can happen that are out of our control.

Sending out seconds as brand new.

I ordered a sink and tap. On arrival the sink was cracked. On closer inspection, a repair had already been carried out on the crack. This means they knowingly sent out damaged/second products. I missed my slot with the plumber and was without a kitchen sink or running water downstairs for 3 weeks. The company had no interest 8n the issue when it was raised with them.

Following the response from my appliances, yes they sent a new one when I informed them that the one that had arrived was damaged. But when I contacted them to say they are sending out seconds as it is clear to see a repair had been made to the crack, they had no interest. If you don't want seconds, don't buy from here!

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your comments.
I have had a look on your order and can see that you did not inform the team of the damaged item until 14 days after you had received the appliance. Our policy does state that all damages do need to be reported to us with 24 hours of receipt but on this occasion the team decided that as you were waiting for your fitted they would on this occasion send out a replacement which they did and it arrived with you 2 days later. The team acted accordingly and within a quick time frame once they were notified of the issue.
As for sending 2nd hand appliance. I'm sorry you do feel that way but i can honestly say no appliances leave our warehouse that is not fit for the customer. All appliances sent out are brand new and not refurbished appliance. I hope this clears this matter up
