Great service, fast delivery!
Ordered a bearing and paid the extra for next day delivery, found it hard to believe that a bearing could be packed, sent from France, clear customs and be delivered next day but I was proved wrong! Excellent service throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Had I seen that delivery was from…
Had I seen that delivery was from France I would not have Ordered. Cost of special delivery too high for a letter. Stopped at at the boarder. I read that delivery would be next day. I need the items next day. Cost of item £4 cost of late delivery £20.
I saw a UK phone number and this confirmed for me that the supplier was uk based. I was wrong and will not be dealing with 123Bearing again

We are indeed a company based in France, with a UK phone number so that our customers in the UK can contact us without any additional cost.
You chose a 24h delivery. Your order was shipped on Friday 24th of October, and was delivered on Monday 25th of October, so within the expected lead time.
In any case, all shipping costs and estimated date of arrival are indicated on our website when you confirm you basket, before proceeding to the payment.

Despite being sent from outside the U.K. they were delivered very quickly with no duty to pay on this small order (less than £40). I’ll certainly use them again for oil seals, especially unusual sizes.
