My item arrived safely and very fast

My item arrived safely and very fast, I was kept informed of progress all the time. Handed over from France 🇫🇷 to UK Postal Service with no hiccup. I have still to fit the seal as been away for a few days but you will see from photos it looks spot on…👍🏻👍🏻 thanks you so much.(trustpilot it looks like I can’t add photos)

Hello Sean,

Thank you for your comment. You were registered as a private individual, but you represent a company, so your EORI number was required to cross the border. When we got the information from the carrier your parcel was in return shipment but we couldn't know that before.
Now, if you have any spare parts, please send us your EORI number so that we can place another order.
