Exceptional quality
Overall, an excellent experience with 66North. Product description was accurate for the items we purchased, and we appreciated where each item originated (“product of Portugal,” as an example). Website was easy to navigate. Price included duties (we ordered from Canada).
The parkas we ordered are very well made and with proper care, will last a lifetime. High quality fabrics and assembled to a high standard.
Only criticism was during shipping. While I was informed when our order was shipped, there was no update on when it would be delivered, or tracking. We understand that this is not necessarily on 66North, but their shipping agent.

An item was missing from my order
An item was missing from my order. My e-mails went unanswered for several days. They don't have a specific number for online orders, so I was calling through all of their shops over a couple of days before someone finally picked up the phone. Then had to drive to one of their stores to get the missing item. They did give me a 20% discount code, but this was an extremely frustrating experience. Great quality products, terrible customer service.
