I’m a very regular buyer of 66° North…
I’m a very regular buyer of 66° North and I love their clothing. I have the Borgir sweatshirt in every colour (except white - not a big fan of white). I have a few hoodies, neck gaiters and fleeces and they’re all great. I live in a remote place (60°N) so delivery can take a while but that’s nothing to do with 66°North. Occasionally, customer service can be a bit slow but no worse than most companies these days. The only thing I’d change about the website is that I’d like to see customer reviews of the items. They can be so useful when trying to decide which size to buy etc. A great company and I highly recommend their clothing!

My ‘go to’ pants
Great product. Perfect fit for my body. Delivery was early. The price is true to the saying “ you get what you pay for “ meaning the quality is apparent.

Blæs på kunderne, de går væk
D. 17/3-25 Købte jeg en ny taske i 66 North i Cph lufthavn. Da pakkede tasken ud for brug, var snørene trevlede. Jeg brugte ikke tasken, men pakkede den sammen og afleverede tasken i Butikken i Cph Lufthavn. Ekspidienten ville ikke tilbagebetale pengene, men forklarede på Engelsk at jeg skulle tale med kundeservice.
Efter korrespondance udfyldte jeg en reklamation med dokumentation, og ville så kort tid efter få svar fra kundeservice. Efter utallige henvendelser på telefon og mail. Har jeg stadig ikke fået pengene retur.
Næste skridt må så være en politi anmeldelse for svindel.
Køb et andet sted.

Jeg bestilte en hue den 9. februar på deres hjemmeside. Da jeg modtog huen var det ikke den samme som var på billederne på hjemmesiden. I starten virkede de forstående og forsikrer mig om at jeg nok skal få mine penge retur. Jeg kæmper i lige knap 2 måneder med kundeservice om at få sendt huen tilbage, fordi det er den tid de skal bruge på at for lavet et fragtlabel. Da jeg får refusion ender jeg alligevel med at få det beløb jeg betalte -50 kr. fordi jeg åbenbart skal betale for at få tilsendt et forkert produkt :) Da jeg så ringer til kundeservice for 2 uger siden af ren princip, fortæller vedkommende jeg har haft i røret, at han vil følge den til dørs og kontakte mig igen. Det er heller ikke sket. Hvis I bestiller herfra, må I krydse fingre for at I får tilsendt det produkt I køber, ellers er det i hvert fald ikke tiden værd at bokse med kundeservice.

Purchase and delivery were top notch. The shirt, however, has a very short torso, more like a crop top. I’ll have to be very careful washing to avoid any shrinking at all.

Product is top tier! Love everything I got. I gave it a 4 star rather than 5 because I do believe the packaging of the product could be better considering how expensive they are. Otherwise 10/10.
