The coat was way too big for me
The coat was way too big for me.
I did go to a size smaller than I normally go but it didn’t fit. As I was paying for returns. I didn’t re-order a different size. The coats are lovely quality.

Another great purchase
The jacket was all I had hoped for and all I expected, of course, from 66 North, who did not disappoint! I would highly recommend this product which is stylish (the new colours are great) but super functional and practical for cold and wet weather.

Bestilte et par sorte outdoorbukser…
Bestilte et par sorte outdoorbukser samt en hue fra 66°North. Huen passede mig ikke, hvilket selvfølgelig kan ske, men problemet opstod især med bukserne.
Farven på bukserne stemmer slet ikke overens med billederne på hjemmesiden. På billederne fremstår de som sorte, men i virkeligheden er de mere brun/sorte i farven. Jeg mener derfor ikke, at produktet lever op til det, jeg har bestilt ud fra.
Jeg kontaktede deres kundeservice, som i starten virkede hjælpsomme og forstående. De fortalte, at sagen skulle op på ledelsesniveau, hvilket gav indtryk af, at de tog problemet seriøst.
Desværre endte det med, at jeg selv skulle betale returfragten, selvom varen efter min mening ikke matcher produktbeskrivelsen og billederne på hjemmesiden. Det synes jeg simpelthen ikke er rimeligt.
Ærgerligt, for kundeservicen startede egentlig godt, men slutresultatet efterlader en dårlig oplevelse.

I am getting charged two tariffs for the exchange of my coat to the right size- The site would not let me exchange for size- Love the coat but could have bought another one for all the tariffs I am paying- I know that is not your fault for one but TWO?
