Unfair â¬20 Return Fee on a â¬60 Item
I ordered the wrong product and requested a return, which I understand. However, I find it unreasonable that â¬20 were deducted for the return on a â¬60 item, in addition to the original shipping costs. This feels excessive and unfair. If this is how customer satisfaction is handled, I wonât purchase from this seller again.

All perfect
As expected, the quality of the product is perfect. I did my tours in heavy winter in the Alps, 2000+ above sea level. Temperature -15â°C. I kept warm, it felt like a second skin. I'm very satisfied!

Visited you store in Iceland
Since visiting your store in Iceland 2 or 3 years ago - and buying several articles, I have continued buying online and love the materials, the design and useability of the the jackets, vests but particularly the Gettir (now have three of them) that I wear continuously. Used to buy Pantagonia, but 66 North has better quality and fit.
