I dealt with Justin O'Foche who was exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions comprehensively, and was a consummate professional throughout. I felt no pressure to pursue any particular path or product, just a sense of trying to understand whether equity release was right for me or not. Five stars, would recommend.

We were introduced to Justin for our first interview when we were enquiring about equity release. He completed a very informative interview and I felt at the end of it we had gained so much more knowledge and we quickly knew what we needed from our equity release..The second call was to finalise and discuss with Justin our needs.. he was brilliant gathering all our information together and then recommending a product to suit our needs. During the time the application was being processed Justin kept us informed every step of the way .. thank you Justin you were always available to speak to whenever we needed you .. we are all completed now and once again would like to thank Justin for a great job done . My advisor Jeff Riley guided me through the process from the word go. I was anxious about the whole thing I found this experience helpful and informative. He made it easier for me to understand by answering all my questions. I obviously had to deal with other individuals, but Jeff was there giving me advice and gave me updates on every process of my application. Whilst I feel that the arrangement fee was high, I cannot doubt that we had a high quality of service. Our representative was quick to respond, provided clear explanation, and replied to all our communications within a reasonable timeframe.

I had a great experience. Amanda was friendly and explained everything clearly enabling me to make a good informed decision. The selected plan was perfect for my needs and I was able to secure my retirement. I didn't feel pressured in any way and the whole process was quick and worry free. I can't praise them highly enough.

TD talked us through the whole process and communicated to us when things stalled. CW assisted us through the unexpected period of the process and was very sympathetic to our concerns.

I am so impressed with this company. Right from my first telephone call to them until completion of my contract. I found all the staff I spoke to very approachable, friendly and completely professional. The advisor, Thomas Dalton, who was appointed to me was excellent. He arranged a telephone meeting where he went into great detail about what Equity Release was and the pros and cons of what was entailed in obtaining it. He was very knowledgeable and was not at all pushy. He made sure I knew what the end product was, before I decided it suitable for me. His explanation was very clear and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Once I decided it was what I wanted, Thomas took me through the next stages. If I was uncertain about anything, he was always pleased to help me.

The most important thing that a good money broker can bring to the table is great service. Dean has done that.
