Tom made a quite mind bogglingly difficult process simple and straightforward. He was attentive, but never pushy, and explained everything in such detail that we could make informed decisions. He was understanding of our predicament and didn't turn a hair when we completely went about turn. Tom was friendly and a pleasure to talk to. So glad we picked Access for our equity release.

From the very start Martin Wade expertly guided us through the process and made it a wonderful experience. It really matters to have someone as warm and knowledgeable by our sides and on hand with any concerns we had.

Justin Ofoche advised us on equity release. He was thorough, fair, balanced and unfailingly pleasant. Justin does not 'push for sale'. Instead he tries to help you make the right decision.

Everything explained to me in full detail with plenty of time allowed to ask questions.
Tricia followed up with a telephone call after each stage ensuring I knew everything that was happening and at what cost.
Wonderful telephone manner, felt very comfortable and more importantly trust in what was said.

We couldn't have chosen a better service than was offered by Access Equity Release to advise us on the process to draw down funds for a necessary expend. From when we were first contacted by Geoff Riley he guided us through the whole process efficiently and effectively, answering all our questions clearly and honestly. He kept us informed of progress where appropriate right through to completion of the process. It was noticeable that he was concerned that both my wife and I were involved in all the phone calls and Teams conversations, each being able to ask questions or raise matters separately. This was something my wife said didn't always happen with other companies from past experience.

We were introduced to Martin Wade by a very reputable client of my husband.
If you need to do equity release, you are clearly not in your best place - and it takes some understanding.
Martin explained it to us time and time again - we must have driven him mad ! …
He managed to get us a very good deal - even when we were held up with a land registry issue -
The time it has taken to get this underway has shown us his integrity and popularity from every angle; finance (who have been very forbearing) - his conveyance lawyers (who have helped us out over months) and his very polite reception team. But he always made time to call us personally, however busy.
Martin Wade is a pragmatic, fair and sensible businessman.
What a bonus that he has a great sense of humour and real feel for difficult situations…

Our advisor, Dean Harrison, was extremely helpful at all stages of the process. No hard push, making all facts and figures clear and open to questions to ensure clarity of messaging throughout the process. Whilst equity release is a significant step to take, we felt Dean was acting with us and not selling us anything, showing great empathy and understanding.

We were looking into Equity release for some time and couldn't decide if it was for us until Patrick Keogh took the time to explain how it worked in terms that we could understand. No pushy selling of any product but clear facts (good and not so good) but gave us a clearer idea of how to handle our own situation, thank you Patrick

Dean explained the whole process very clearly and and did a great job finding the best loan provider with best terms for me . He supported me through the whole process, and so everything was smooth efficient and quicker than i expected .
