Initially I thought I would become embroiled in a long detailed process which may well have been true if not for the assistance recieved from Martyn Lewis.
Martyn could not do enough to help no matter the time of day or night and I would highly recommend his polite and helpful attitude to anyone interested in his services.
There were times when problems arose but were swiftly and professionally dealt with by Martyn

He treated us with compassion & understanding and called us weekly with either updates or just to see how we were which meant a lot. We were kept informed/updated along every step of the way. I am very happy with the whole process and the service I received from Martyn Lewis who was assigned our case. The broker, Charles Brookes, was professional, diligent, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. He was readily contactable and answered all of our questions, cutting through red tape and jargon. The rating only falls short of five stars because of shortcomings in the service delivered by 'EQUILAW', intended to provide independent legal advice. The company failed to establish and understand our particular circumstances, giving rise to unnecessary confusion and delays.

Desmond O'Hara has been thoroughly professional throughout the whole process. He has kept me up to date at all times, answered my queries promptly and followed up with the appropriate paperwork without my having ask for it. I have found the service offered to me by the financial adviser Mr Ian Smith-Wilson very helpful and efficient. He was able to complete all the necessary documents with me at my home on a couple of occasions. He has been able to answer all my questions and any concerns I had about Equity Release. I would definitely recommend him and this service if you are thinking of applying for Equity Release.

I was a bit wary about any sales techniques as I’ve been In sales for over 40 years but I need not have worried as Tricia was the ultimate professional explaining what would happen and how everything would proceed -we basically were looked after all the way though to the satisfactory completion with no hassles
