Tricia Batchelor was our advisor, she explained what was happening all the way through, we didn’t have to worry about a thing , the whole process was very quick and are now able to do the things we couldn’t do before and enjoy life .

After trying 2 or 3 well known equity release advisers, all of who were unable to help us, we were literally on the point of giving up. However, my wife and I decided one final try and contacted Access Equity Release and met with their representative Tom Dalton who was absolutely brilliant and he managed to achieve what the others had failed to do and enabled my wife and I to achieve our dreams. I could only describe his contribution as "above and beyond". Ann & Stuart.

Charles Brookes of Access Equity Release provided a competent and friendly service to me in the search for the best equity release package for my circimstances - which he sensitively understood - and was always willing to take supplementary questions in what is a very complex undertaking.

The representative of Access Equity Release was thoroughly professional at every stage of the process whilst making all aspects of what was involved absolutely clear to us in a friendly way.
The first step was making sure what our financial requirements were and whether this path was appropriate.
We were informed about what the costs involved and what legal steps would be necessary, and these were quickly and easily worked through with those professionals, who were friendly and diligent.
I would like to mention that the re-writing of our wills with estate planning guidance has left us with particular peace of mind.

David Parkinson supported me over a period of about 6 months between 2022 and 2023 in the process of first, deciding to take equity release on my property, and secondly in getting to grips with all that involves, until thirdly, in undertaking the multiple transactions to implement this important shift in the management of my finances. His support was ungrudgingly given via several face-to-face discussions, numerous email exchanges, phone calls and provision of appropriate explanatory literature. He was never patronising, always respectful, very understanding, and always on top of the necessary knowledge. He was able to connect me to other relevant professionals related to this full process. Applying for equity release can be a daunting process but TDA took me through every step which was very beneficial. It gave me the knowledge and comfort level to proceed with confidence. Timing was critical and TDA was able to expedite the distribution of funds on time. I highly recommend TDA.

After looking at the Equity Release Council website, my Husband and I were contacted by a company called Access Equity Release and we had a home visit with David Parkinson who was a delight to deal with. He explained everything to us in a language that we understood so that we were able to make an informed decision as to whether or not we wanted to continue with the our application which we did. There was absolutely no pressure from David through the whole process and he kept us informed about what was happening, even responding to our emails in the evening and we have now ' completed ' on our property with the funds soon to be released to us.
We consider ourselves extremely fortunate that it was David who came to see us because we found him easy to talk to and very comfortable to be with and he is most definitely a credit to Access Equity Release.
