Good service, except the person who came to get me to sign the papers before completion didn't tell me that the transfer would cost me 40 pounds. Professional misconduct?

The advice and support given by my advisor Nick Chessman was excellent. He patiently answered all of my queries in a timely manner. The process was quick from start to finish and I would definitely recommend this company. An added bonus that they will be there throughout the term to answer any queries I may have at no additional cost. 5 star.

Great help and advice.
I made the decision to release some equity from my property when faced with a set of difficult circumstances.

You really do never know what is round the corner Keith and to be able to help our clients when they need us the most is the reason why we do what we do. It's great to read that Nick did this so well, but also brought some humour to proceedings. It's really important that everyone is treated as an individual and we look after your personal needs. Trustworthy and Patient Adviser
Our adviser Justin felt like a trustworthy friend from the first telephone conversation we had. He kept in touch and was there at every step. We both appreciated his patience and his willingness to go over the plan as many times as necessary which was very reassuring. We completed our move to an LV Drawdown mortgage quickly and professionally with Justin at our side, Thank you from both of us xx

From the beginning every thing was carefully explained in good detail sending information which explained clearly what would happen with financial aspects from start to finish.
Always quick to answer any problems or fears had regarding taking out equity release.

Despite a few problems with my current mortgage provider, she helped and guided me to the end and eventually succeeded in completing my mortgage with the new mortgage company., and I cannot thank her enough.
