After mulling over the idea of Equity Release for a couple of years, we finally decided to speak to an Adviser. Honestly, we now wonder why we were so worried! From November 2024 through to February 2025, Justin Was an absolute delight. He talked us through our endless questions & fears, he was patient & so knowledgeable & kept it in simple terms, never complicated. We were never rushed or pushed, he was not simply trying to sell the idea, he was genuine & caring & he helped us sail effortlessly through what we thought would be a very complicated process. He was always on the end of a phone when we needed to talk, we bombarded him with questions & nothing was too much trouble. He seems to work 24/7 always there to help. Me & my husband have had our house for 40 years & finally decided to make it work for us, have some equity released & have our reward from our property, we deserve it, we worked hard for it.
We had our Equity release funds all sorted & in the bank by the 1st week of February. The whole process was painless & everyone we dealt with were professional & friendly. We found Nick Chessman very professional in handling our Equity Release. He visited us twice and explained everything fully to us. After his visits, he kept in contact with us at every stage of the process. We were warned of the possible issues with having Equity Release and helped us with the valuation and solicitor visits.
I would thoroughly recommend Access Equity Release if you wish to go down this route and Nick's advice.
