After receiving your order, we contacted you the same day to advise that one of the parts was unfortunately out of stock and that we did not currently have an expected delivery date. We appreciate you confirming that you were happy to wait until the item becomes available.

As the order is still awaiting stock availability, the items have not yet been dispatched. If you would prefer not to wait, we can arrange a refund.

Product not received

Product was listed under a different code to the one I was given.
Once I purchased the product, 2 days later I was refunded with no explanation. I had to email in to ask why and was told the product was out of stock.

Unfortunately, the item was incorrectly showing as available due to a stock code error, and it was actually out of stock at the time of your order. As soon as this was identified, a full refund was issued to avoid any further delay. We sincerely apologise that this was not clearly communicated to you immediately.

Waited for the part to be in stock. Placed an order when it was showing as available that was delivered quickly and extremely well wrapped to ensure no damage. Great service!
