Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress costing £76. Website states it’s a UK based company but it is Chinese so order took longer than expected to arrive. Was supposed to be size 16, but my size 12 sister couldn’t even get it on! No return info on website so had to message and then after long delays they offered me a 30% refund. Also buyer pays return postage. Finally got a 40% refund but had to barter with them for that! Complete scammers!

Same as everyone else’s experience and read the reviews too late ! Ordered two jumpsuits. Both too big and poor quality. Emailed them as per their returns policy to start the return. Was informed I would need to return them to China at my own expense. Was offered to keep the items with 20% refund which they then increased to 40% refund. I reminded them of the UK consumer rights and I’m getting nowhere. I’ve contacted my bank to start the refund process as I purchased by debit card. This company should be reported to trading standards.

The white blouses I purchased were poor quality and the designs were not as shown in the photographs online.

I ordered a dress for a wedding which I thought was a uk based company(it states this on website) dress was poor quality took weeks to arrive and was actually coming from china! To return I was informed it had to be returned to china at a cost of between £17 and £34 , I complained that no where in the returns policy does it say returns were to china , they offered partial refund if 15% , after many emails back and forth got absolutely no where they are theives avoid at all cost , I’m not even gonna return the dress due to reading other reviews , a big lesson learnt how these people allowed to get away with this !

A complete scam. Ordered 2 pair of shoes. Cheap quality and too small. Tried to get a refund and offered to exchange for an extra £9. Keep the ones that didn't fit. Why would I do that. Like the last reviewer they also told me it will cost me £37 to send to China. Will pursue through my credit card company. Didn't realise I was able to do that so thank you my fellow reviewers. Total scam 😒

Delivery’s come from china and take weeks to deliver!!
I ordered a dress for a wedding and still haven’t received my order, I’ve waited weeks. Website shows that the orders are coming from London, but when you look into tracking your order it shows that it’s coming from china. Shocking, I hope this company gets closed down.

Ordered 3 dresses as options for a wedding knowing I would be sending at least 2 of them back. I should of read the reviews before ordering.
Website says they are based in London, after a week or so after ordering I decided to check the tracking number to give me an indication of delivery and realised the clothes were coming from China.

Dresses were very poor quality and a terrible fit.
I emailed the address on the website and was offered a partial refund of 20% and to keep the dresses which I refused and wished for a full refund. They then offered me a partial refund of 30% which I refused again.
I have returned these now at a cost of £28 at the post office!!

Please avoid this website!!

They ship from China, I think it's the same stuff on Shein! Packaging was awful. You have to pay for return shipping which is sometimes normal but you have to ship ot back to China!! Makes you lose a lot of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a pair of shoes in good faith as what seemed a reasonable price @ £38. They arrived and the quality was extremely poor. I emailed to be advised on the return goods process and was told the return would be addressed to China?? and could cost up to £43, more than the shoes were allegedly worth. They even suggested having a replacement pair with an additional postage cost of £6. Total rubbish, total scam. I will be pursuing a refund through my credit card company who will hopefully blacklist these charlatans from any future purchases. Buyers beware, total and utter con.

This company, despite is professional website and photography, is very much a scam. Dresses were wrong sizes, poor quality, and turned up very late. Despite being a UK registered company, their returns are to an address in China. They will try and tempt you to keep the items with 20%, then 40% off. Their place in London appears to be an office space to hire - which I suspect they don’t work from. After returning them they will then attempt to get you to pay the customs charge (ie reduce the refund). Fortunately PayPal did a full refund and kindly gave me something towards return cost (a credit) within minutes of me sending emails as proof and submitting case. I would not recommend buying from them.

Would not recommend purchasing from Arlo Streetwear.
I ordered a pair of shoes that were far too wide and did not fit properly. When I reached out to return them, I was told I would need to ship them back to a warehouse in China - something that was not made clear at the time of purchase. Instead of offering a proper return or refund, they offered me only 20% back if I kept the item, which felt like pressure to accept a bad deal.
This practice feels deliberately misleading, especially for a company selling to UK customers. According to UK consumer law, I’m entitled to a full refund if I cancel within 14 days , but they made that very difficult. Return shipping to China is expensive and not reasonable for an item that doesn’t fit or wasn’t described clearly.
Buyers beware: the return process is costly, inconvenient, and not transparent. I’m currently disputing the charge through my bank. I recommend avoiding this retailer unless you’re willing to risk losing your money if the item isn’t right

This site needs to be taken down, like all the other reviews, items look nothing like the photos, it’s not a UK business, nowhere in the returns policy does it say you have to return to China and to top it off since I made my purchase I’ve had fraudulent activity on my bank account

Awful material and fit. Says they’re a UK based company but it’s a lie, based in China. Have to pay postage to China yourself to return items. Disgraceful.

Totally misled by this company, The company have lied about the quality, the style it’s hideous and oh yes despite claiming to be a UK based company which I checked on before buying all returns need to be returned to China ! Can this be legal?

Scam, don't use this company, they send from china. And changes X4 times. Shoes doesn't match the UK sizes. Cannot return, offering for 20% refund. Not interested. Delivery takes more than a month.. avoid

I will not buy from this company. It presents itself as a UK-based company on its website. Nowhere in either its 'Return and Refund Policy' web page, nor in its 'Terms of Service' web page does fully and openly explain its returns procedure. Whilst it does make it clear that a 'customer pays for return shipping', it does not then display that this is to an address OUTSIDE of the UK, namely China. A customer MUST have this vital piece of information in advance of placing any order, as they need to know the full facts so they can make their decision.
I have disputed returning items to China as, whilst I want to return all the items I purchased, I will not return them to an address outside of the UK as this was not made clear prior to making a decision to purchase. Neither will they make a refund, so the credit card company have had to do this - which is unjust and simply wrong. I have asked Arlo Streetwear to reimburse the credit card company, then refund me directly instead - but, funnily enough, they won't. In this regard, their website is totally misleading to potential customers so I asked them to amend their website (prior to me writing this review) so it was then clear and transparent that returned items would need to be sent to an address OUTSIDE of the UK (namely China) but, again, they won't. If I had known of their complete returns process from the outset I would definitely not have made a purchase. Personally I want to return the items as they are a poor fit and certainly not of the quality expected, so I am left with these items which I don't want. Their Customer Service was initially very slow to respond (which made me unsettled) but then improved, but no satisfactory resolution was reached from my perspective. As said, I will not buy anything from them again, nor will I recommend them.

Wish I had researched further and seen the reviews. The shoes sent were not as advertised. Product quality was poor, and inaccurate descriptions were given. Also, the company is not based in the location stated on the website, making returns difficult and expensive as they're based in China. Don't seem to be able to post a picture on here to show the inaccuracies.
