Worst company I have ever come across. State they are registered in London, but actually their goods are made in China so that’s where returns need to be sent to.
I ordered 2 dresses both of which were faulty. I emailed to arrange a return and advised that I was not prepared to pay for the postage as they had provided faulty items.
Terrible customer service - After at least 20 emails back and forth and being offered several discounts to keep the dresses and constantly being told that it was my responsibility to pay for returns, I contacted my credit card company.
I then received a full refund from the company and was told to keep the dresses as they valued my custom and wanted to ensure I was happy with the company. What a joke, the dresses are only fit for the bin.
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

I bought a dress, which I would say isn’t very good quality. I contacted the company to return the item and this was the response I got:

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that the dress you ordered is too big. We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

‘To return the item, please note that our return address is located in China, and the return shipping costs typically range from £17 to £43. As per our policy, the customer is responsible for covering these return shipping costs.

However, I would like to offer you an alternative solution that might be more convenient for you. We can provide a replacement for the dress in the size you need without requiring you to return the original item. In this case, you would only need to cover the shipping costs of £6 for the replacement. Once that’s settled, I will ship the new dress to you right away.’

After I relied to say I wasn’t happy with this I got another response offering me 20% refund and would be able to keep the dress.

I am not interested in keeping this item and an offer of 20% refunding on something I do not want because it doesn’t fit does not suffice.

I would urge people not to buy from this company.

Same as everyone else. Wished I’d have seen these before ordering. STAY AWAY. Items received do not match the items advertised different design and materiel cheap and nasty. Really awful clothes received nothing like in the advertised picture. Says London based then they say they will give 20% refund and me keep the items. I’ve told them I want a full refund they ignore me and want me post to china which will cost me £35 for a £50 refund. I’m taking it up with my bank and trading standards

Scam company! DO NOT ORDER!
As other reviews have said they take days to reply to your emails to arrange a return and then try and bribe you with a percentage of what you paid refund and to keep the item! I raised a dispute through my bank and quickly had my money back without returning the items. Since they have asked me to return to China… which i shall not be doing!

Absolutely agree with all the poor reviews as I had the same experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. Their website states they are UK based, which is a lie. I cancelled my order within 30 minutes of placing it and was told they were processing my refund but heard nothing more. When I chased it I was then told I could no longer have the refund as it has been despatched. Item took significantly longer to arrive than stated. Horrible quality item and when I tried to return it, the website didn't recognize my order number! So I had to contact customer services again, each time needing to send 3 emails until I got a response at all. Was told I would need to return to China despite there being a UK address listed on the website. Even then still reluctant to provide me with any details about how to do this. An absolutely awful experience. Please avoid.

If only I had seen reviews before purchasing! Same as everyone else, 20% discount to keep the tat or spend £40 returning the £30 dress!

I Have contact my bank for a refund and also raised a concern with trading standards!!

Cheap tat badly made not worth the money don’t buy from here very misleading

The website is using Photos from other high-end brands and not modelling the real clothes themselves. So what you get is a cheaper version of the photo they’re showing you. Very disappointed with the quality, but reading on here it appears it’s going to cost me nearly the same amount to send back as the dress cost me. Going to cut my losses on this one.
Also, when you get to the basket, beware that they don’t accidentally add an extra item on.

very misleading information, clothing is nothing like what you order, fabric is very cheap and nasty! You will CERTAINLY want to return the item only then to be told it costs between £17-£43 to return as it has to go to China!! Absolutely awful company, should be shut down!!! STAY CLEAR!!!!

Avoid at all costs. I ordered 3 weeks ago it says on the website that they are uk based and my order arrived after 3 weeks from China. The dress is poor quality and nothing like the photos advertised,so disappointing.
Messaged them twice and you have to return at your own expense back to China.. it costs more to return than the dress costs to purchase. Absolute joke of a company. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased but as I stated previously I was on the understanding they were uk based

BE WARNED A SCAM COMPANY.
They are not based in the UK, goods are shipped in from China. Delivery is not 6-8 days as advertised. Still have not recieved item. They are not a legitimate business.

Misleading information. Website says company based in London but if you wish to return an item (which you undoubtedly will want to do, due to the poor quality of their goods) they then tell you it needs to go to China and will cost you between £17 and £43. Absolute scam. Don't know how companies like this are allowed to operate.

Do not order from this company!!! The clothing is very poor quality and shipped direct from China. Therefore you cannot return clothing without incurring huge fees to China.
This company is scaming people with a misleading address and photos.

Shocking company! Dresses look nothing alike to what I ordered these were for a wedding and had to shop elsewhere, now I want to return there taking forever to reply and when they do there emailing back in the middle of the night, asking irrelevant questions on why I want to return which was stated in the first email, they also shouldn’t be branding there company as a uk based seller when there clearly not I to also charge the price for returns is a joke especially when it’s nearly the amount that was payed for said items. Avoid at all costs!

The quality is awful and products are not how they are advertised. The sizes are not right either!! If you want to return any items you are expected to pay for the return to CHINA which is really expensive. I have had to contact paypal to try and get a refund.

Item ordered in error, requested item was cancelled prior to dispatch. Customer services didnt respond until 3 days later by which time item had been shipped. Seller refusing to offer refund for an item no one wants. Best avoid.

I have ordered shoes in uk size 8 I am usually a 7 they are way to small and now no response to my email about a refund DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. been reported to trading standards

I should have read the completely accurate reviews before ordering.
I ordered a dress for a wedding.
I ordered a size 18, it cannot be any bigger than a size 6!
I’m actually laughing at how horrendous the quality is. Looks nothing like what I ordered!
I have emailed for instructions on how to return, assuming it’s going to be a nightmare if the previous reviews are anything to go by!
I wish i could rate 0*. It’s that bad it’s almost funny!

The item took weeks to arrive and when it did arrive it didn't fit. When I contacted the company they said their returns department was in China and it would cost between £17 and £43 to return!! They offered me a 20% partial refund of £4.59 when I complained that they advertised themselves as based in London. What a complete scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! You can not return these items without paying £50 in fees because the items are actually made in china. They make you think you’re buying from England but you’re not!! Scam company selling fake clothes and not as advertised. I’ll be contacting my bank for a refund
