SCAM COMPANY - CHINA NOT UK BASED
Awful Cheap copies from China nothing like advertised. Take weeks to arrive.
Told Returns are not to UK address on website but to China. Which costs more than the refund!!
DO NOT USE - reporting to Trading Standards and Paypal
UPDATE- Paypal have refunded me in full and closed the case - since then Global Commerce have emailed me using an email address made to look like it was Paypal offering a 50% refund - if I had not realised Paypal had already refunded me in full, and accepted their 50% offer they would have been able to reopen the case and take 50% back. They are a total SCAM company! Claim your money back if you paid via PayPal. You can also claim back on your credit or debit card!

I wish I had read these review before ordering.
The same story with me. Will not accept return and saying it will cost £17 to £43 to send to China(which does not exits), while their return address is : 4PX ExpressUK Go Limited, Southall UB2 5LF

I looked here before ordering and the company had no reviews I took a chance and it did not pay off! The company advertising they are based in London which they are not the parcels come from china they just have a register London address used for business advertising!!

I requested a return as the parcel took so long to come. I have an email back saying would I except 20%?!?!?!? Sorry 20% no I will not.

The item its self was nothing like the picture it’s a cheap horrible knock off of the pictures!!

I would avoid ordering as any returns have to be send to China at customer's expense. Caught me out when a £23 item was supposed to be a £43 return the company told me. When I complained about the website misleading about returns as the company address is London but does not state returns are to China, the company offered for as good will gesture 20% of the item's value.
Defintely not worth the hassle. The item did not match the description on the website either.

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. I fell into the same trap believing that free shipping WITHIN the uk as stated ON their website header and having a UK based head office meant that my items were coming from the UK. A horrible quality dress with weird sizing and loose threads hanging out everywhere arrived yesterday and I am waiting to hear from the company about returns but have basically written off this money now.

Emailing back and forth with arlostreerwear customer support who have offered me first 20% and then 30% partial refunds - and to keep the hideous dress.
I have told them I’m not interested in this sort of deal and I just want to see transparency on their website and the removal of the banner on their homepage that says FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK. Will update in due course.

Did my due diligence on this website before purchase - UK address on the website and UK address registered with Companies House. Couldn't find anything on Trustpilot at that stage but there was no information about shipping from China nor, more importantly, the obligation to pay for international shipping for returns as items would need to be returned to China. Similarly as the other reviews here the 3 dresses I ordered (all in the same size, style and shape) were either far too small or far too big, and two had totally different fabric to that shown in the photos. When I raised this issue, the customer service response was within 24 hours and polite, but said to either return to an address in China or keep the clothes and receive a 25% refund. The minimum cost to return these 3 inaccurate dresses to China was £34 - nearly half the cost of the purchase. I raised a complaint that there was no information about the obligation for payment of international shipping fees for returns anywhere on their website (including scrutinising their Terms of Service), mentioning that according to the UK Consumer Rights Act 'Misleading or incomplete information can be considered a form of unfair trading, which is prohibited by law'. Initially a 30% refund was offered when I said I was happy to pay for return postage to either the UK address given on their website or the UK address listed as 'Sender' on the shipping label on the package but was told this wasn't possible and as 'a one-time exception' 40% refund was offered. However this didn't address the issue with the lack of shipping information and the cost to return, meaning their lack of transparency would, at best, unbeknownst to me at time of purchase, cost me 40%+ the cost of the items in order to return them. Practises like this always seem to leave the consumer out of pocket at profit to the company. Contacted Citizens Advise who referred the issue to Trading Standards UK for investigation... Really hope this referral will lead Trading Standards to take action to prevent others from losing out at the expense of the profit of companies who profit from such lack of transparency

If I could give zero I would! The website is completely misleading, misrepresenting products and unhelpful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! It took 4 weeks for my items to arrive after it being advertised 4-6 business days for delivery.
I ordered a dress which arrived nothing like the picture and sandals which are not fit for purpose. The straps that go over the top of your foot are so big I can fit both feet on top of each other inside one sandal. Returns are to be sent back to a warehouse in China at your own cost, which I was told will cost me between £17-£43. Meaning I’d only likely receive a refund of about 20% of what I’ve spend once I’ve paid for the return.
Customer service is now becoming rude in their emails and very unhelpful.

Although this is a UK based company the return address is actually China. Making returns to expensive to return. I will never purchase from these rogue traders again

Appalling customer service. £17 to return an item which they expect me to pay. Company is based in China……not London! The dress I received had thread hanging off and stitches coming undone. Avoid at all costs!

Alarm bells starting going off as soon as I completed my order, no confirmation email, no correspondence.
I looked through the website and it says they’re Covent Garden London, they are certainly not.
My item has taken nearly two weeks to arrive (from china) and it is just not the same item at all.
I’ve now emailed to ask how I return and awaiting a response, but I’m worried they’ll never actually refund me.

Waste of money,

Fake items, not honouring refund as they state the return was sent to an incorrect address (sent to the address on the website and they are quoting one in china). Please do not use this site and if you have and are based in the UK, raise a case to trading standards and request a chargeback from your bank. Let's stop this scam of a company from operating

Dreadful company, Arlo Streetwear has a misleading returns policy. Everything is from China, very poor quality and incorrect sizing and the cost to return to China is more than the cost of the item. The website gives a Covent Garden address, but it’s actually China. Does not follow UK consumer legislation, please avoid this company.

If I could offer 0 stars I would have. Avoid at all cost. Not UK company, poor quality clothing. Do not waste your money.

Company is a scam! Sent faulty goods from CHINA and will not fund for a return back to China or provide a full refund.

Will just go around in circles and just offer you a 30% refund. The more you complain, they then up the refund percentage to 50%.

The item is faulty and they will not allow me to return it despite being a UK company, as the return postage is extremely high to return to China.

I am currently seeking legal advice and will be letting my bank handle getting the money back. The company should be struck off.

Product took ages to arrive - turns out its from China despite making themselves appear to be a UK website. Product also extremely low quality - I paid a lot of money for the item, so extremely annoyed. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Sketchy and the address is away from the uk what’s going on.Also the dress I ordered us t what it seems as online smh.

Company masquerading as being in the UK but item shipped from abroad, took ages to come, then top that arrived was terrible quality. Absolute scam.
