The worst customer service
The worst customer service I've experienced from a courier company, and that's saying something. Our packages went missing weeks ago and since then, the company has done nothing except give us empty promises to follow things up. Their emails talk in circles about issues that have already been covered and feel like they're writen by a bot.
Interparcel - Poor responsiveness and lack of interest in resolving problem
Interparcel service provider took 15 days to deliver a parcel from Sydney to Melbourne. It had 2 cartons in the shipment. Courier delivered 1 parcel and 2nd returned to me (sender). Raised it with interparcel with all proof but interparcel team is investigating with courier and no-one from interparcel interested to answer when they will get back to me and when this will be resolved.

Failed overnight delivery no satisfaction from customer service, Collected and processed 22/9/2025 17.04pm and today is now 24/9/2005.Still no delivery, Excuse is Driver ran out of delivery time at 15.37pm on 24/9/2025 1 day after next day promise. delivery misinformed information that is not true blames Fed X for failed delivery Fed X blames interparcel Interparcel not taking accountability.
Paid $100 for overnight service now in day 2 still no answers when it will be delivered despite being on board with driver which failed. Long 6 hours on phone being cut off 3 times. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they tell you misleading information and then tell you they have to go home at 4.00pm and cannot assist any further. Very Poor Customer service and no resolve.

Very, Very bad company I have never sent anything overseas before it was very confusing for an old person without a computer & this is their business. I paid the money that they wanted & 3 weeks later after itâs been delivered, they want another $200 from me !!!!

Worst experience I have ever had. Don't use this company. I o KY gave one star because I couldn't give zero. They kept saying my parcel had been delivered when it hadn't been. Kept sending me unrelated proof of deliveries telling me the matter was closed because they had proof of delivery which was to a totally different person and country. Promised z refund in writing of freight costs due to the stress they had caused. When I followed up about where the refund was, I was told I wasn't getting one as that was meant for someone else not me. Stay away. Nothing they ever said was true or correct. Total incompetence throughout.

Avoid at all costs. Purchased a box with very specific measurements to ship a package.
Inter parcel took my money as quickly as they could but they picked up the package several days late
I was then hit with a surcharge because the measurements of my box were apparently 2 - 3cm out. Despite me showing evidence of the box size when I purchased it online, because I hadnât measured it myself it wasnât sufficient evidence. They themselves also couldnât provide evidence
Avoid at all costs - much better and cheaper ways to ship to and from Aus!
Incompetence and Rudness is only the begining
While the pricing was great the mistake made by them end up costing me thousand i would highly recommend avoiding the the additional charge coming from there mismanagement has cost me well over $1000 on 2 parcel and the customer support was rude and aggressive when trying to resolve the issue ill be taking my business else where as we had a a3 year break after previous issue and had hoped they had improved sadly they have not

Easy to set up. Terrible afterwards:
- Way too many files to download making it confusing to know what to download
- two address label files, i had printed the wrong one, driver showed me what it was meant to look like
- Driver said they would come tomorrow, didn't arrive.
- I asked to cancel, customer service team rebooked for Monday
