Where do I start, I purchased a product off EBay (being my first time as I donât have much faith in on line shopping due to so many scammers) and which I have dreaded doing for many,many years. Was guaranteed delivery today as itâs urgent and nothing. No reply to emails or online messages. Not happy definitely wonât use again wish Iâd just driven the 10 hours and delivered it myself.

Misleads customers
We purchased an item from Tuhorse in Sydney asked about airfreight and they got back to us with the understanding that we pay $650 to have our parcel delivered by airfreight through interparcel. Both Tuhorse and us understood that it will be sent on Tuesday the 10th Dec to be delivered by Thursday the 12th give or take a day due to the busy Christmas period. It's was sent on Tuesday the 10th from Sydney to Brisbane where it sat from Wednesday 11th until it finally arrived in Townsville on Friday the 13th. Where it then sat until Monday 16th when we finally got it around lunch time. This is absolutely unacceptable the wording you use in completely misleading. We are wanting our money back for the freight as $650 for overnight freight to get here 6 days later is absolutely disgraceful. We have all documentation and not one shipping/tracking says anything about road freight which now is what we have been told today is how our item came here. I have made several phone calls over the past 3 weeks to interparcel and not one person had told me anything about it. WE PAID FOR AIRFREIGHT. I am willing to make a formal complaint with fair trading as your business is misleading and scams their customers.

Took longer than expected but it arrived
The experience wasn't great since, the pickup day was delayed and only action was made once I contact Interparcel to ask for explanations. From there, the tracking of the parcel was always tricky with little no information provided on the website.
The overall time from booking to delivery took two weeks instead of the planned four days, and involved constant monitoring, asking for information and contact interparcel on the various contact methods (live chat, email and phone).
Viliame on the other hand, was helpful and always trying to get as much information as possible so, I could reassured the client on the other side that the parcel wasn't lost.
The overall experience was stressful and impractical. I have used Interparcel before, and this is the first time something like this happen. From now on, I will think twice about using the service again. Even thought, I am aware this is the busiest time of the year.
The Customer service is helpful and attentive and I am glad the parcel was found, and not damage was made to the work inside the crate.

I booked and paid for three parcels to travel from Brisbane to Sydney. I booked on the weekend of 7/12/24 and chose an overnight service for a total of $70, leaving Monday morning and arriving Tuesday. The cheaper option was Couriers Please, which was for a third of the price, but they quoted a four-day delivery window. My client needed them quicker than that.
The booking page for interparcel gave all the time frames for each courier, so I knew the prices, and the delivery timeframe at the time of the booking.
No courier turned up on Monday, so I assumed they may have had a logical reason, things happen, breakdowns, etc, but I sent them an email to say my parcels were still not picked up. The next day, Tuesday, I got no response from my previous email, but Tuesday night, the parcels were still sitting there. So I sent another slightly more pointed email asking if they could please tell me if it was ever going to be picked up or if my $70 investment was going to be taken, but no service was offered. This morning I got an email responding to that email, apologising for the lack of service, and was told the carrier had not notified them of any reason for the parcels not being picked up, so they had rebooked it for pickup today, between 9am and 5pm with a note attached to the booking explaining my situation. It's now 5pm. I've sent two emails asking for confirmation that it would definitely be picked up, as my client is getting very agitated. The parcels are still sitting here. I have had no responses to either email today, and my client has labelled my service unreliable.
I've made several attempts to use this company in the past year, and after a few missed pickups early on, they did seem to lift their game. Parcels sent to Texas in the USA made it in record time. It seems anything local is beyond a joke.
Their communication is severely lacking, and their customer service is non-existent.
I will have to drive to the airport in the morning and have it sent by airfreight, which will cost me a motza to fix because of Interparcels' incompetence. This company is making my company look foolish in terms of customer service.
Please give them a very wide berth. They clearly don't care about customer service. It seems all they care about is the money, making promises they can't keep and caring less about the consequences for the sender's reputation.
Post Edit: I applied for my refund as no courier shower up at any time. I did get an email after I requested my refund, to be told that their records state that a courier arrived at 4:20 on Wednesday but no one was home and no Parcels were seen.
I pointed out 1) I was at work at 4:20 and so they obviously didn't knock on my door., 2) the parcels were at the door, and if they did go to my shed door, they would have literally tripped over them and 3) I have cameras on all my entry points, so I checked 10 minutes either side of 4:20 and no one entered my business premises, so I called it a lie.
They advised me later that day the my refund was being processed that day.
