I had been experiencing much frustration with an issue over my car service - I raised a complaint was promised a call from the ops director - nothing ! Jackie Jones literally saved the day - she listened to my issue understood the situation and was pragmatic in the solution - thank you Jackie you saved this being a zero star review

I dealt with Charlotte today when I claimed for a punctured tyre claim I made via Kwikfit.
She was helpful, efficient and dealt with the issue fairly. I really appreciated her can do attitude.

Superb service , nothing too much for the team when I requested support.

Phone answered almost immediately. Very friendly and efficient service. Booking for service and MOT confirmed quickly with my preferred dealer and on one of my chosen dates. Perfect!

Charlotte was really helpful and covered off more than required of her. Not only did i book my MOT, but also was informed of reimbursement due to me for work carried out prior to the MOT.

Phone was answered very quickly, within a few minutes. I was called back with an appointment with an hour. Great service and a pleasant experience.

Absolute waste of a company. I’ve had multiple issues with my van (purchased new), but all of my problems I’ve had, (been 5 problems so far), they’ve only managed to sort 1 of them, and then with the other issues, they say ‘no we don’t cover that, you have to pay’… so I pay this money monthly for them to cover these things, yet I have to pay for the repairs anyways.. they don’t elaborate why they don’t cover it… I just had a tyre run over a screw, they said they cover those repairs/replacements, but they wouldn’t cover this one because the screw wasn’t in the centre of the tyre, it was on the edge… “ we won’t cover that”… because of it being an inch to the left.. what on earth kind of policy is that. Absolute joke. And that’s just the latest of all their shortcomings. Can’t even stop paying them for the duration of my lease unless I want to pay a £3k cancellation fee. Pointless company. Don’t understand how their reviews are high, unless everyone else is getting some other sort of treatment.
So, unfortunately a company I have to stay with because of course not paying £3,000 to leave them.
But will most definitely not be returning when the lease is up,
Steer clear of this company unless they decide to actually do what they say they’re supposed to do.

Had to sort out the tyres on my lease car. Drew was really professional advising on the phone and making contact with kwik fit. Ensured the transaction went smoothly and quickly keeping me up to date with everything. Happy customer with new tyres on the car 🙏

Jackie was excellent in helping get service bookings for 3 of our vehicles all based in different locations.

It is just so easy to speak to someone and get a service booked. Jackie Jones was so helpful today and was able to organise a booking for a service for me and within minutes I received a call from the service centre to fix a date and time and also had a confirmation email from Jackie. Their customer service is exemplary over any other organisation I deal with.

Charlotte replied back to me in less than 24 hours and I was all booked in in a very quick and timely manner.

Charlotte Siddle is always so helpful. She always comes back to my enquiries with a resolution and does so in a friendly and professional manner.

Really happy with the service from Charlotte at Autoserve. Wanted a service at a main dealer because only they can update the BMW computer. Got me booked in without any fuss and also secured the MOT for the same day without prompting so that will be a big time saver.
