My family and I visited Benheart in Milano and had a fantastic experience. We got help from Grace who just made the experience even better. So sweet and knowledgeable about the brand and their products. She made us feel welcome. We would recommend visiting if you value good quality and good customer service. Definitely not the last time we pay a visit.

Made a stop at Benheart in Florence and by luck had the pleasure of meeting the man him self. Not only is the craftsmanship masterful, but the creative flair is one of a kind. Most importantly, Ben is just a great person and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The quality of the leather is absolutely amazing. Forget the street vendors who will sell you bad leather at a “good price.” Those pieces fall apart within a few months. Benheart makes great quality leather of all different kinds. I now have one lamb skin and one goat skin, both impeccable quality. The service is also amazing. You never feel rushed and they will pull out every jacket they have to find one that’s perfect for you. Thank you Lara for the great experience!
