Sono entrato per caso nel magnifico spazio espositivo di Firenze, così accogliente, caldo, non volevo più uscire, così arriva prima un sorriso poi Ben, mi parla di un modello di scarpe, quello che in particolare aveva catturato la mia attenzione, mi racconta la sua Storia (incredibile toccante), acquisto quelle scarpe, che oggi fanno parte di me, le sento mie, personalizzate, bellissime.
Ho richiesto assistenza per un problema che ho avuto su quelle scarpe e li sono rimasto veramente colpito dalla gentilezza, professionalità e generosità che ho trovato il tutto lo staff, nel post vendita, Eleonora, Afef, garbate volenterose e predisposte a risolvere il problema con attenzione.
Ben che ha accolto le mie richieste dandomi consigli e accontentandomi in ogni richiesta.
Ora so che da BenHeart non puoi comprare e pentirti ( come spesso accade) perché se non sei soddisfatto loro trovano il modo di fartici sentire e i manufatti sono stupendi.
Grazie davvero siete stati magnifici.

The Firenze location is awesome. Staff Vadis & Marco are very knowledgeable and the shop selection is beautifully curated. They arranged a shipment for us to the US went smooth as possible. Highly recommend.

I have been watching this store on social media for a couple of years. As soon as I had the opportunity we traveled from Australia for a bucket list trip to the US and I included just one night in LA for the sole purpose of visiting the shop to see the quality and try on the jackets- as I felt buying from the other side of the world a bit risky. We were greeted by the lovely Ruby, who was just delightful and super helpful in helping me pick out a jacket. My hubby also liked one (really unusual he never asks for clothes) but they didn’t have his size in the shop for him to try on… so we just purchased mine and I took the details of his. Upon returning home I emailed to order his in his size and was surprised and delighted to receive a phone call from the owner of the Beverly Hills Shop to chat to me about the size… I ended up ordering 2 jackets! This has all happened since July… and since then, mainly due to how friendly the staff are and the lives they do showing you different items- iv now ordered another 3 jackets! 2 handbags, 2 amazing belts, a bracelet, a cap, 4 card holders… and possibly more I can’t remember… I was told some was in stock when I ordered, but I’m yet to receive any of it… so hubby has put a ban on any more purchases until I do receive all of /or at least some of my orders! But he’s not online with me daily feeling I’m part of a greater community, so I understand that. So for the one jacket I do have? I have never owned a jacket so soft and well made, lined… I’m now in the process of selling off a lot of my other bags as I’m now a die hard Benhearty! 🤣… and once iv received all of my orders I want to be ready to order MORE! Seriously peeps.. anything you buy here, you too will become addicted- you are getting beautiful handmade leather goods at a reasonable price (unless you’re an Aussie like me with an exchange rate of .60c! 😐- but despite that- still worth every cent, even if it stings a bit in our current economic climate) Shop here- I dare you not to become addicted like me!

We walked passed the store on the outside and saw how beautiful it was. I immediately fell in love with a bag and was greeted by the nicest people ever Lolita and Omar. They were so kind and helpful and made us feel at home. They truly made my day. I'm so happy with what I bought and even more happy that i got to meet these amazing people. Walked out of the store with the biggest smile. Thank you to everyone who we met. Zero regrets, highly recommend. :) <3

When we saw the store from the outside we had to go in, as soon as we got inside we were welcomed by the best, more specifically Lolita and Omar made our whole experience. They helped us pick out beautiful items and made us feel at home. We had the best time at the store mostly because of everyone who worked there. thank you guys so much. we are so happy with our beautiful purchases.

Oggi abbiamo acquistato altri giubbini Benheart nello store di Lucca. Siamo stati fra i primi clienti di questo negozio quando è stato aperto e ci ritorniamo sempre volentieri per nuovi acquisti in quanto Daiga e Francesco sono sempre molto disponibili e ben preparati e ci fanno fare sempre degli ottimi acquisti. Prodotti ottimi e di qualità!! Restiamo sempre molto soddisfatti e quando possiamo torniamo sempre a trovarli da Trento , nonostante abbiamo uno store Benheart più vicino.

Negozio Benheart Fi

Dal vetro che affaccia in via Calzaiuoli l'originalità di questo negozio mi ha catturato e spinto ad entrare.

All'interno mi sono sentito a mio agio nel vedere la diversità degli articoli esposti, tutti in pelle; dagli accessori minimi, alle cinture, alle scarpe, ai capi di abbigliamento, tra cui giubbotti, di questi ultimi, particolari e raffinati, c'è un deciso assortimento.

L' aiuto del personale, cortese e disponibile, è stato indispensabile per farmi conoscere, nel dettaglio, l'offerta del negozio, presente - mi dicono - in molte città non solo europee.

A Roma, la mia città, i capi analoghi sono più usuali. Quasi da "mercato"
Benheart è di tendenza, propositivio.

Cristina, che poi mi ha servito, con poche domande ha centrato i miei gusti orientandomi nella migliore scelta.
Avrei voluto acquistare di più ma non ero preparato. Ho fatto è mi sono fatto una promessa.
La necessità, la vanità, il capriccio difronte a prodotti raffinati e di pregio, sono emozioni che si controllano a fatica.

Intanto Cristina gentilissima e professionale nell'aiutarmi nell'acquisto, mi ha indicato l'opportunità di farmi confezionare un giubbotto su misura, come è nello stile del negozio e mi ha fatto capire e vedere come si lavorano manualmente alcuni prodotti in pelle, al punto da essere ulteriormente invogliato per le prossime spese da fare anche come regali alle persone più strette.

Complimenti Cristiana per l'attenzione al cliente !

Prima di lasciare il negozio, Cristina in via del tutto confidenziale, facendo la parodia al mio accento romano, mi ha informato, con orgoglio, che il negozio è frequentato anche da noti personaggi dello spettacolo, proprio per la unicità e pregio dei capi in vendita.
