My wife and I visit Italy from Venice to Palermo this summer 2023. In Venice I purchased a pair of Benheart boots RUGGERI H490. The boots are awesome, but Ben is actually an amazing human being. I had some issues with the tax-free company Banheart uses for duty free purchases. After Ben hearing from his manager at the Venice Benheart store about my situation, Ben himself contact me in Miami Florida by phone and spoke with me and within two days my issue was resolve by Ben Heart himself. That is what you call customer service and leadership by example!

This company provided warmth, authenticity and kind hearted answers to any questions we had. not only is the customer service (notably Chiara in Florence) flawless, but the heartfelt reasoning into the aesthetic of Benheart is reason enough to shop there. Clearly Benheart offers all HEART to all that is made and created.

I found the Benheart shop in Milano by accident and instantly fall in love with a leather jacket.
Unfortunately my size was not on stock and the shop assistant called every other store to check the availability. So he suggested to order the jacket trailer made for me 🤩
Three weeks later my leather jacket arrived and I’m so happy that I finally found a leather jacket!
Besides the normal shipping notice, I received a separate mail from the customer support.

I had been in Florence for a couple of weeks studying and came upon the BenHeart store. I was mesmerized by their quality of leather goods and bought a beautiful pair of shoes. They were one of my prized possessions. When I came home, my puppy was not happy with me and chewed the front of one of my shoes. Oh horror! When I wrote to BenHeart about my problem, they had the "heart" to suggest they would try to find a similar pair of shoes in the same dye lot. I would purchase the one shoe and they would use the other for display. How thoughtful is that? It has been so long since I have received the very personal attention and customer service from any company. Eleonora and Lucia have been immediately responsive and made major efforts to help me. I was able to get another pair of those gorgeous shoes that are now in a "vault" in my closet. Thank you.

Wonderful shopping experience at the Florence store. Ben was there working away and adding his charm to the outing. Each staff member was super helpful and accommodating. We had to ship our items back home as we did not have the luggage space to bring them back ourselves. The products speak for themselves. Unique and beautiful.

I bought my Ben Heart jacket in 2018 from the Florence, Italy shop and I was able to mail it back to have it repaired! The jacket is beautiful and I’m so happy knowing I will have this for the rest of my life.
Everyone on the Ben Heart team was very helpful and caring during the entire process!

It was a great experience, looking at very unique leather items, the staff was super nice and helped me to find right sizes as well as to customize my picks.

Benheart is a wonderful leather shopping experience. We have had Antonio to do belts for all our family. I have bought shoes and my wife shoes and sandals. Everything is hand made in Florence and finished on site and you can even choose your buckles! Fantastic! Don’t miss it when you are in Milan!

Ben's work is absolutely amazing and he was so friendly! Lolita helped me, and I had a wonderful time buying a jacket!

This store came highly recommended by a local as the best leather store in Milan. And they were right! We walked away with 3 custom belts and a pair of shoes. My grown son, who is quite small in stature, has the very first belt that he has not had to alter because it was made for him. Excellent experience!

Marco il quale con molta cura è premura si è impegnato nella realizzazione di 2 cinture in vero cuoio con fibie particolari e relativo trattamento protettivo. Posto da visitare assolutamente da coloro che sono amanti degli articoli in cuoio e pelle sia uomo che donna. 😉👍🏻
