Bespoke Window Furnishings レビュー

Chris returned to install hardwood shutters in the front of my house and, once again, did a superb job.
The shutters are excellent quality and have transformed the rooms in which they’ve been fitted.
Chris is a perfectionist as the results of his efforts clearly show!
Absolutely delighted with the shutters — thank you very much.

Alan's after care service is excellent. I broke the blind and it was out of warranty. He responded immediately and fitted in a visit the following week. If only other businesses had the same service!

Alan installed our shutters and the whole experience was excellent. The quality of the installation is outstanding and the finish is absolutely spot on.
Alan was punctual, polite, and very professional throughout. He clearly knows his craft, paid close attention to the finer details, and made sure everything was perfectly aligned before finishing. He also cleaned up thoroughly, leaving the house exactly as he found it.
It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely takes pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alan to anyone looking for high-quality shutters and a stress-free installation.

They look Amazing Alan!

Alan installed my shutters today and I honestly couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, his work was flawless. His attention to detail was second to none, everything was fitted perfectly, and he took real pride in his craftsmanship.
Alan was friendly, professional, and respectful of my home throughout the whole process. He worked efficiently, explained things clearly, and left everything spotless once the job was done you wouldn’t even know work had taken place.
This is genuinely one of the best trades experiences I’ve had. If you’re considering shutters, I can’t recommend Alan and Bespoke Window Furnishings highly enough. True quality work and excellent service all round!

After being let down by Dunelm and their sales guy not even bothering to turn up for an arranged booking for shutter blinds. The following day, and completely by chance I stumbled across one of Bespoke Window Furnishing's videos on social media and after a few minutes of watching I knew immediately Bespoke Window Furnishing was the company to provide us a set of shutter blinds for our lounge bay window. I sent an email inquiry and within minutes Alan phoned me back. Alan's telephone manner is polite, friendly and professional. An appointment was arranged and from that a price was agreed, we were explained the blinds take approx 5 weeks to build, and an estimated arrival date was advised. To our amazement the blinds arrived quicker than expected and Alan came within a few days and fitted them. We are really blown away with how they look. The quality is amazing. We will definitely be using Alan and his team again.

They have 5 star product and finishing quality. Alan was amazing… thanks we love our new shutters

Fantastic job from start to finish, I was kept up to date with installation dates Lee even called to let me know how long the journey would be on day of fitting. The shutters look amazing and he was very careful and clean and tidy brilliant job done, and I have asked for 2 more fittings for upstairs .

We’re absolutely thrilled with the shutter blinds fitted by Alan and Damien. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The blinds were measured perfectly to size, arrived exactly on time with no issues, and the overall process was smooth and stress-free.

Alan and Damien were extremely professional, friendly, and clearly take real pride in their work. The installation was carried out to an exceptionally high standard, with great attention to detail, and everything was left neat and tidy afterwards.

The shutters look amazing and have completely transformed the rooms. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Alan and Damien to anyone looking for quality shutters and a flawless fitting service.

Thanks again!

We had a fantastic experience with this shutters company. Alan was amazing from start to finish. His customer service was excellent – very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process.

He worked very quickly and efficiently, and the quality of the shutters is outstanding. The price was also very good compared to other quotes we received.

I would highly recommend Alan and the team to anyone looking for high-quality shutters and professional service. Thank you again!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Alan really knows his stuff. We had an awkward window set up but Alan managed to figure out a neat and tidy solution, much better than 3 other supposed “shutter installers”.
Great communication and customer service. We were kept informed of when our shutters would be installed.
I would highly recommend Bespoke Window Furnishings to everyone.
Top, top company.

I had shutters fitted to my front windows. From initial meeting to fitment Alan and his team did a first class, thorough and professional job. I have no hesitation in recommending Alan. Look no further if you want an all round quality job.

Just wanted to say what a great company they are. Alan is great. My blind had broken (string snapped) 3 years after installation and therefore was out of warranty. I called Alan, who not only remembered the job, but said he would come over within the hour!! Transpired I had not been operating the blind correctly, which is why the string broke. Alan repaired the blind on site and it was all back in place within a short time. I got a lesson in how to operate the blind correctly too!! With all of that, Alan didn’t want to take any money from me… I couldn’t believe it!! I forced him to take a little something for repairing the blind for me… I was so appreciative that it was fixed so quickly. Alan is very professional and skilled. I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone !! Thanks so much!

Chris fitted shutters on our windows and French doors and we couldn’t be happier with how they look. The whole process from order to installation was quick and smooth. Chris was punctual, polite and tidied up as he went, and did an excellent job with the fitting. Happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend.

Alan and his team fitted plantation shutters in our home. I can not praise them enough.
From the initial site visit Alan instilled confidence and did not disappoint.
He kept us informed, explained everything and delivered.
A true craftsman with meticulous attention to detail who goes above and beyond to achieve an exceptional finish. Top notch.
Highly recommended

Sudha and

Amazing install and great attention to detail and all clean and tidy after the job was done, highly recommended. Thanks for a job well done.

We recently had shutters installed in our kitchen by Bespoke Window Furnishings and we are absolutely delighted with the result.

From the very first sales and fitting appointment, the experience stood out. The gentleman we dealt with took the time to really understand our requirements, offered thoughtful advice, and never felt pushy or overly sales-focused – which we really appreciated.

Communication throughout was excellent. We were kept well informed about progress and delivery timings, and the shutters arrived exactly in line with the original time estimate, which is increasingly rare these days.

The installation itself was completed to a very high standard and met (if not exceeded) our expectations. On top of that, the installer was professional, friendly, and a genuinely nice chap to deal with – the kind of person you’re very happy to have working in your home.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bespoke Window Furnishings and would be very happy to work with them again on future projects.

Chris and Dave fitted our new hardwood shutters in Thundersley a couple of weeks ago, and we are delighted with both the quality of the product, the price and the installation. The guys turned up on time and respected our property during installation and left it spotless when the job was finished. Highly recommend using them. Thanks

Could not recommend enough! 10/10
