Defiantly a scam. DO NOT accept a bonus. Your money will be wrapped up in betting requirements that are impossible to achieve. The blackjack algorithm is suspicious to say the least. They don’t even have responsible gaming.

Furious with this site. I won a few months ago and I was surprised to be paid out very smoothly. As a result, I played more often, and spent more money there. But yesterday I got my balance up to $999 but it said I can’t withdraw. On asking customer service, I was told that since it was tied to a free game promotion that I could only cash out my $999 for $25 and if I won using that $25, I could only cash out a maximum of $100. I am so angry right now. I spent hours building up a $999 balance, fully expecting to withdraw it. Customer service told me everything is in their terms and conditions, but the ongoing balance on my account had no asterisks or indications that I had a phantom worthless balance.

*** Edit to respond to BBD’s reply below. I would have taken $100 and been disappointed, but not furious. I assure you, when I contacted customer support, the maximum cash value of my winnings was as stated above. There was no mention in any way of a $100 cash out value.

This site is an absolute joke. It's been excuse after excuse as to why my $100 Bitcoin withdrawal has been taking so long. I can only imagine what they'd do if it were a large amount of money. Please stay as far away as you can. Literally any other site has to be better than this garbage.

First week was fine, second week, they never Even heard of it. Hour and a half wait still no resolution. Don't waste your time or cash at a place that doesn't k ow how to honor their promotions. They make it so when a deposit is made the play thru requirement eats up all of your deposit and if you win there is no chance of ever cashing out. Total scam! I tried to have them send a verification email about 6 times within the span of ten minutes so I could withdraw $200. When it didn’t appear in my inbox, I decided I would play a bonus. Little did I know that in order to withdraw ANY money after I started the bonus, I would need to lose that entire bonus first. Problem is, the bonus gets pulled AFTER my actual earned money and in order to get rid of $35.20, it said I needed to spend over $1400!!!! And it doesn’t pull dollar for dollar. If I bet and lost $5, it would only count for about 15 cents.

Had to jump through hoops to get paid 160 bucs well I didn't get it cause they make you go through so much crap just to get verified I sent them pictures of myself my id's my bank cards with me in the picture which made no sense then they come back and say they need more pictures with me and my bank card and Id again and then say my bank isn't compliant which is a huge bank CHASE so I just used up the money and deleted everything screw BIGDOLLARCASINO worst gaming experience I've ever had trying to get 160 bucs lol they are a joke.

I sent them my ID and a selfie with my ID and I sent stills of my ID and I sent my card in the same way but they said it was not good enough so I sent the videos of me with the IDs and 7 more stills of my documents and still won't accept me so it seems to be a scammer casino id be advised!

I have played for several years and never took a withdraw. I had a hit, they make you go through multiple things to "verify" who you are, then paid me for the first time. A short while after that, I hit a jackpot for $57,000. I withdrew only $4,940. They dropped that to $1,000, saying I used a bonus and then they took $52,000 out of my account!!! This is a total rip off. Listen, when you take a bonus, they set a HUGE amount of money you have to play before you can withdraw anything. I loved the Big Dollar platform when I first joined. They had some great promotions and comparatively were pretty cool at verifying you. However, once I got to a point where they needed to pay out well everything changed. I am an avid online player and have tested multiple casinos it is my goal to ensure that other players do not get themselves excited about getting paid if you have to fight for your winnings. At Big Dollar, I had to, and let me say it was over 100.00. First I did live chat and the representative didn't understand why the withdrawal was canceled and gave me a phone number to call, which I did and speaking to a nice gentleman he too did not understand why the withdrawal was canceled. Needless to say after a few weeks of trying to fight the fight I simply said I would not be coming back and maybe a few other things. Be sure to know the terms and conditions of each place you play and when it comes down to it, in some cases, having that knowledge does help you win. I would not recommend putting your real hard-earned dollars at this casino, there are far better ones to play that will not be a hassle.
