Love the casino, hate the redemption process
I actually love this online casino! I have made multiple wins and big wins at that. I would love to give it a 5* review but due to the lack of being able to redeem my wins I'm only giving it a 3* review. I have tried multiple times to redeem my winnings and have not received a redemption yet. After a few days of nothing I end up just reversing some of the wins and end up reversing all the wins to continue to play on the casino. I have a redemption now I'm trying to collect for 5 days and still haven't received the monies. I emailed customer support on my prior wins/redemption and this redemption and was told previously it take up to 48 hours after finance dept approved the redemption and now I'm being told 7 days after redemption approvals. So honestly idk if I will ever receive any redemption because I get the run around about it and still have yet to ever receive any of my winnings back in real money...I end up reversing my winnings and putting it right back in their casino hands. So the only person winning is the casino and I'm losing everything. If it wasn't for the redemption process this would be an amazing online casino and I would strongly recommend to anyone but until the redemption process is better and consistent I can't and won't recommend to anyone. ***I have put A LOT OF MY MONEY into this casino so this really sucks
