The e-ticket was not valid for the second day, because there was required the paper ticket! (what would be the reason to have an App an Qcode if it is not useful. As a result I actually lost my 2nd day Premium tour :-(

The e-ticket is only a voucher and the yellow printed is the real ticket and like it Is written in T/C you are only allowed to use our service when you have this yellow ticket because when you lose it someone else can use it instead of you.

The red line tour was perfect. Please put on the second floor a roof anti ☀ it will be better on a sunny days. The rest was perfect. Also please sell water inside the bus.

Still displaying old pass info on buses (blue bus),,,
Only problem was there was conflicting information given out on what the deluxe 3 day pass included .On signage on the actual bus you are allowed to choose one of three activités which is what I thought I had purchased. On board the blue bus a driver told us he was sorry for the confusing signage and said we could swap the night tour for a river cruise. Upon telling the bus
assistant at stop 1 this he too bad you picked the night your and that was that. If we wanted a river cruise we would have to pay extra for it . Pity your people give the public different info. Disappointed with this attitude.

Enjoyed our ride.
We got a two day pass because there is a lot to see in Vienna. Glad we did. The ride was safe and comfortable and it was a great way to see the sights.

So crowd, not chairs
My visit was in May, There was not eough chairs for the tourist in the first floor, in the second the wheather cold is imposible, the bus are crowd in the red route

5Star Vienna tour
Big Bus is the best company within the Hop-on Hop-off type of service.
We've taken a lot of Big Bus tours in different cities and they are always great. Vienna is not an exception. Everything is clear, nice routes, very helpful mobile application, friendly stuff.
