The e-ticket was not valid for the second day, because there was required the paper ticket! (what would be the reason to have an App an Qcode if it is not useful. As a result I actually lost my 2nd day Premium tour :-(

Still displaying old pass info on buses (blue bus),,,
Only problem was there was conflicting information given out on what the deluxe 3 day pass included .On signage on the actual bus you are allowed to choose one of three activités which is what I thought I had purchased. On board the blue bus a driver told us he was sorry for the confusing signage and said we could swap the night tour for a river cruise. Upon telling the bus
assistant at stop 1 this he too bad you picked the night your and that was that. If we wanted a river cruise we would have to pay extra for it . Pity your people give the public different info. Disappointed with this attitude.

Falta humanidad y respeto personas mayores

Quisiera comentarles que me parece una falta de respeto y de muy poca vergÃŒenza como han tratado a mis padres hoy en Viena. Primero de todo, son personas de 70 años que no han podido ni coger el último bus porque el interventor les estaba poniendo problemas con el tÃquet. Yo compré dos billetes premium y eso especifica en la página bus nocturno a lo cual se lo han negado y los han metido en un tranvÃa teniendo que andar 2 kilómetros más los dos de antes porque el interventor no ha dejado subir a último autobús. No tienen plano de las paradas y desde españa tengo que enviárselo. Es una falta de humanidad que traten asà a dos personas tan mayores. Hoy han perdido un dÃa de bus sin poder subirse en ninguna parada y teniendo que andar muchÃsimo por un fallo suyo, es deleznable su actitud.
