We have just joined up with Blacknight, and thus far we have been very impressed with both their customer service and professional manner .

Blacknight is an excellent company to work with. I designed my own website but had so many questions due to the design layout being different to what I've been used to. After all, it was very easy to use and it has so many fantastic additions and designs.

Emails were answered almost immediately in a friendly professional manner. No question went unanswered as I had experienced with my previous website provider. An absolutely pleasure to deal with Noelle Jordan.

Would highly recommend Blacknight.

Today I had another amazingly supportive experience with support / tech team member Gerard. I’ve called Blacknight in the past when clients have had tech emergencies or needed urgent help & Gerard is so knowledgeable, helpful & eager to resolve the issues - I cannot rate him highly enough. If you are lucky enough to have him deal with your queries/ you can be guaranteed you are in incredible hands. Thanks again Gerard for taking all of the stress away.

These guys know their stuff. You get straight through to technical support when you phone. Their prices are fair. I had 2 issues and they were sorted out immediately. Delighted to go with Blacknight.

As the founder and operator of the Web Page Design Company since 1998, I have used a few hosting companies, but I started with Blacknight about 20 years ago and stayed with them ever since.

At the start of the business it was their excellent telephone support that provided much needed expertise.

Excellent customer service and sales support. Went about and beyond!

The Blacknight email platform is ridiculously bad. Attachments generally don't stick. Forwarding and other features don't work. Customer service almost impossible to get through to. I'm amazed all 5 star reviews given how appalling the product is

I have had a wonderful experience with Blacknight and all their staff have been so professional and helpful, I can highly recommend them for all aspects of web dev, domain management and their new electronic shop is better than Shopify & more affordable!

I have been a customer of Blacknight for over a decade. (Virtual servers) And, as a software developer who has seen a number of second rate providers over a 30yesr career in IT, I have never hesitated in recommending and having some of my clients use Blacknight. I have rarely needed to use BN technical support, but on the times that I did, usually because of me doing something stupid at my end, I found the staff most helpful and prepared to go that extra length to solve the problems.

I use Blacknight for few years now. User interface improved greatly, so it's easy to find and navigate for what you need. If its about DNS and all other server related stuff that you need to set up in order to make your website working, you can always count on customer service team - they are just the best. If it is about the service and acces to my website there was never any problem, all works smoothly. Highly recommended
