I have very happy with my dental work. Bnchealthcare provided me with excellent customer service and was a brilliant experience. Thank you very much and I highly recommend them.

I had surgery here on 22/02/2023. My coordinator was madina she was amazing from the start. When looking into the best place to go not only did I want a brilliant surgeon I also wanted a good coordinator who is kind and caring and there before and after as aftercare is just as important. All questions and messages are replied to quickly and I can honestly say Madina was lovely and I even met her in person before I left. After care from her has been brilliant. I also done a lot of research into my surgeon Dr Argin Erslan and his reviews were 5starr and he lived up to the high expectations. He checked on us daily anything we asked was answered. His also English speaking. Our interpreter was also lovely. He was new and I didn't catch his name, he also had same surgery as I had about 2 months prior so was nice to have people there who understood the pain and discomfort I was going through. I went to the economy hospital purely for my surgeon. The nurses there were ok. Daytime staff was better than the night shift but overall would I go back... YES I would.

Ceyhun was my coordinator and I very happy with the level of service I received.
Answered every question I had with a very fast reply no matter what day or time of day.
He was very friendly and helpful.
Everything was organised to a high standard and went without a hitch.
Kept in contact with me throughout my journey he even called in to the hospital to wish me luck the morning of my surgery.
Very professional service and I would highly recommend him to anyone, I will definitely be contacting him for any further treatments.

Ok so like most people I was a little hesitant and sceptical when contact was first made via WhatsApp.
Having now had the surgery and returning home, I can now safely say without doubt this is the best decision I ever made. In particular Madina P who was my consultant from the start to finish. We were overwhelmed with how good this individual was. Always there when you need answers and all hours of the day.
Before the trip, during and after surgery, and even now when we have returned home 2 weeks later.
The hotels were great, the hospitals were perfect, the care within the hospitals was as good if not bet than I’ve ever experienced in the UK.
I couldn’t recommend them enough. So if in any doubt, take this genuine review and rest your mind at ease.

I was connected with Yunus to look after my booking, right from the very beginning to now still, Yunus has been fantastic, responsive, quick to reply and has made sure at every point I knew what was going on, and assisted me at every point.
BNC and Yunus made this very easy for me and I would recommend any one to who is considering this surgery to certainly get in touch with BNC and Yunus they will look after you very well x

Everything was very organised and I has fantastic communication from my rep Madina. No question was too much trouble, really prompt responding to questions. Transfers to the hotel were good and to the hospital etc. Madina came to see me several times in the hospital, lovely lady and really good English. My surgeon was unable to operate on the day so I was changed the morning of the operation fro. Dr Ismail Yaman to a different surgeon Dr Mehmet Deniz due to illness. To be honest I voyld not complain as Dr Deniz is a top surgeon who is very highly regarded. I was well informed and the treatment was 5* high recommended

I have booked my surgery through Ceyhan and I can honestly say if it wasn’t for him I would be a nervous wreck. I knew I wanted to have surgery but the whole thing of going abroad really baffled me and He has completely put my mind at ease with flying alone. He is always on hand to answer any questions I have day and night and he answers them to best of his ability. So easy to talk to and I can’t wait to meet him in person when I fly out next month for my surgery. If your thinking of going to Turkey then I highly recommend getting in touch with ceyhan and booking in.

Fantastic experience all though, Madina was my coordinator and was wonderful all the way though, clear and always available to find the answers to any of my questions. The hospital was great, super clean with very good caring staff, my coordinator was always on hand to explain everything. Very well done and I would thoroughly recommend!

Madina was my coordinator and has been absolutely brillant always been happy to answer any questions and keep my mind at ease through the whole process. I got to meet her back when I had my surgery and she was just the same in person so lovely helpful and answered everything for me she still keeps I touch with my now to check on my progress!

Madina was my Co ordinaries from point of booking, kept me informed the whole way, on arriving the professionalism of all the staff at hospital were amazing, including the professor himself, hospital was so clean as was hotel, was lovely for Madina to call into the hospital for a visit before I left, just to put a face to the name and what a lovely face it was, def recommended

Gülsüm is an absolute star! I am booked for surgery on 11th Jan 23 and I cannot wait. I can say for certain that I would not be doing this if I hadn’t spoken to Gülsüm for so long online. She helped me make an impossible dream a reality and the support she has and continues to give me is something I will never forget

I had a good experience the nurses some were amazing some not but you get that any where my surgeon dr Ergin arslan
was amazing explained everything took time to listen to you so friendly nothing was to much for him and my coordinator gulsum couldent do enough for me I spoke about any my concerns and problems and she was only to willingly to help what I will say if your are thinking off doing this remember take some one with you don’t go alone you need the support someone to be there to listen to you and just be there for you as it’s a big operation and it has pain involved also it will be uncomfortable but the pain relief is there and if there busy don’t be afraid to ask or get your companion too also press the buzzer there there for you just remember it is a pain you will forget and it’s next step to a new you also the hotel is absolutely gorgeous like a wee flat highly recommend this to anyone wishing to do this and also I can contact my coordinator even now anytime she’s there if I have any questions 100% ❤️

My coordinator Gülsüm Özhan is brilliant! She was very supportive in my decision making and checked on my recovery up to my return to UK.

Some of the nurses were very good engaged me whilst others just did their work.

I was always nervous to speak about this surgery! But since speaking to Yunus Emre he's bin there every step of the way with all my questions explaining everything to me my experience as bin amazing so far can't wait for the surgery now thank you would 100% recommend you speak to him he's amazing

ive just returned from my surgery I had Ceyhun with me every step of the way and he made my experience the easiest it could have been he wws available everytime i had questions no matter how small or silly he answred me and reassured me massive thanks to him for everythibg

When I was deciding which company to use for my gastric sleeve surgery, I narrowed my search down to the companies who communicated the most, as it turned out, Ceyhun from BNC was the most caring, understanding, informative and efficient but mostly he was not pushy into me making my decision, so I decided to book with BNC, the process was quick and easy, Ceyhun took care of everything, on the day of arrival at Izmir airport, I was met by the driver who took me to the Hospital, in a VIP minibus with others who were either heading to the same hospital or to the other one which is part of the same group, on arrival at the hospital, I was welcomed by the staff who made me feel relaxed, it was approximately 5am and we were very tired, we were shown to our rooms for us to relax, my first observation was that the hospital was very clean and tidy, my room was smaller than others but that was due to me being on my own, it had an ensuite bathroom, cupboards, a table and a single sofa bed for if anyone did attend with me, I did notice that other rooms were big with a proper bed for guests, I'm guessing if I had took someone, I would have been located into one of them, however my room was fine for my stay, after a few hours of relaxation, we were asked to attend the checks, tests and scans, they were very thorough, these consisted of, ECG, ultrasound, height and weight, lung capacity test, blood test and endoscopy, which you were put to sleep for, once you spoke to the specialist on whether you passed the tests, you were asked to attend the main reception to make payment for the surgery, when I returned to my room, all the operation clothing was delivered, the next part seemed like a lifetime, it was a considerable wait time before I was collected for surgery but I understood as there were quite a lot of people there for the same reason, at 9.30pm it was my time, I was taken down to theatre and the staff were fantastic in making me feel at ease, next thing I remember I was comfortable and drifted off to sleep.
When I came round, it was alittle frightening but I soon realised where I was and drifted back off to sleep, the next day I pretty much slept but my recovery was on plan and before I knew it I was on my feet and walking around, after 3 nights in the hospital I was transferred to myway deluxe hotel, which was very posh, the room was big, had a balcony, situated in the heart of Izmir, close to nearby shops, restaurants and markets, you could even ring reception and ask for deliveries from local takeaway establishments, after a comfortable night and morning in the hotel, at 1pm I was transferred to the airport, for the flight home, my general feeling about the whole procedure was that I am glad that I had it done there with BNC, from the moment I started to now I am impressed by the professionalism from all members of staff, especially from Ceyhun and Dr Ergin Arslan for completing the surgery, if anyone who is looking into the gastric sleeve procedure please consider this company as a possible contender
