Professional, fast and reliable!

Podoba mi się w Boataround, że w serwisie rezerwacji publikowane są dobre zdjęcia konkretnie czarterowanych jachtów, a nie jak to często bywa w innych serwisach zdjęcia poglądowe - zwykle z materiałów reklamowych. Jest to bardzo ważne ponieważ pozwala dostrzec wiele ważnych szczegółów i lepiej ocenić stan jachtu. Sam proces rezerwacji zawsze przebiegał bardzo sprawnie firma szybko reaguje, udziela wyczerpujących odpowiedzi, pan Damian pomógł mi wielokrotnie podjąć decyzję o wyborze jachtu dzieląc się opiniami o armatorach i o wyposażeniu jachtów. Zawsze mogłem odczuć, że zespół stara się wspierać na każdym etapie czarteru. Firma dba o stałych klientów, zawsze mogłem liczyć na jakiś bonus i pomoc w negocjacjach z armatorem. Gwarancja najniższej ceny rzeczywiście działa. Ostatnio wahałem się między czarterem od innej znanej firmy i Boataround, ale zaangażowanie pani Karoliny i szybka reakcja uczyniły ofertę Boataround nie do pobicia. Podoba mi się również proces rozliczenia czarteru. Pierwsza wpłata tylko 25%. To rzadkość. Płatności na stronie bezproblemowe. Szczerze polecam Boataround.

Great experience with Boataround! The team was professional, responsive, and very helpful, especially when we needed to change our yacht. Thanks to their efforts, our sailing trip went smoothly and everyone had a fantastic time. The yacht wasn't in perfect condition, but overall we were very satisfied. Unsere Buchung für 2027 ist in trockenen Tüchern und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und klar. Die Buchungsplattform von Boataround ist sehr intuitiv und übersichtlich, das hat uns gut gefallen, man findet schnell wonach man sucht und kann alles wunderbar filtern, von Marina bis Bootstyp, Kabinenanzahl und Preislimit. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und buchen gerne wieder! 😀

Ich habe früher mein Schiefe einfach privat organisiert. Leider kein gute Erfahrung gemacht. Bei Boataround ich füle mich sicher. Eine persönliche Kontaktperson (Katharina) ist wahrscheinlich meine größte Vorteil. Für mich wichtig, immer Sicher gehen, und Frage stellen

I had booked the boat and paid for it in advance. After some time I got message that the boat is not available in the ordered marina. It wasn't easy to communicate about possibility to change the booking boat. Finally I choose another one and paid extra money. One month before sailing I got a new message that the new reservation canceled due of overbooking. I was suggested to book the other boat or takes my money back. My vacation had been planned, and non-refundable plane tickets had been purchased. So I was forced to accept the only replacement option, which did not match my original request. And pay for it little extra money.

I like the service. It's a bit expensive but I don't need anything agents anymore.

Bardzo sprawna obsługa, rzetelne wyjaśnienie sytuacji. Sprawę załatwiałem z panią Karoliną. Wszystko załatwione po mojej myśli. Serdecznie polecam. Korzystam kolejny raz i jestem bardzo zadowolony.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und bemühen sich um alle Probleme schnell zu lösen. Die ggf.bei einer Buchung auftreten können.

The service from here was outstanding!

BoatAround seems a nice website and it is easy to find a boat there. However for us it was really problematic. At first we found a nice boat and pre-reserved it. However when I called the charter company to get approval (I found their number via search engines, because on BoatAround I could not send them messages), they were even not able to see my name on their list and they gave the boat to another group. I called BoatAround and they resent the money I paid. After that we found another boat and paid the amount again. This time all seemed approved and directly reserved so we thought all went well. After some time I again wanted to call charter company to be sure because of our previous experience. Charter company said, it seems on their list still as pre approved because they still did not get the money from BoatAround. If I hadn't call them, they would have gave the boat to someone else so when we went there we would not able to get the boat. Even after we had our vacation and returned the boat, BoatAround had still not paid charter company's money yet so they charged us again for their share and told us that we could get our money back from BoatAround.(BoatAround send charters money back after we finished our vacation and returned our home which is now between charter and BoatAround) I am not sure how many calls and reminders after, we got the extra money that we paid to charter, and BoatAround still kept their share they got from us. Our vacation was between 12-19 Sept. and we got the money we paid for extra on 16 Oct. If TrustPilot needs any evidence, I can gladly share.

Excellent service and support

The assistance of the reservation manager (Francesco) was excellent. One small flaw was that a gift voucher I had previously received could not be deduced from the reservation price because of some technical issue. But I'm sure the team at Boataround will find some solution to that. Bravo, and keep up the good work!

Boataround has a comprehensive list of available boats, was responsive and helpful. The agent that helped me, Akerke Kossay, was particularly helpful.

The booking process eas easy and the price was solid.
