helpfulness of the staff dealing with me, particularly Shabana who always responded to my e-mails and requests for information. My only issue was with how long the whole process took and how slow the medical reports were.

Hit by car - Driver at fault
After being hit by a car while riding my road bike in April last year, I was left injured and with my bike completely destroyed. From the outset, CAMS handled the claim for my bike efficiently and professionally, taking a huge amount of stress off my shoulders at a time when I really needed support.
What really stood out was how quickly CAMS arranged a replacement road bike. It arrived so fast that I was still too injured to ride it, but having it there gave me something positive to focus on and something to look forward to during my recovery.
For the bodily injury claim, Bond Turner Solicitors were outstanding. They were clear, approachable, and thorough throughout the process, keeping me informed and guiding me through each step with confidence and care.
Without CAMS and Bond Turner, I genuinely don’t believe I would have achieved such a successful outcome if I’d been left to navigate everything on my own. Their expertise, reassurance, and persistence made a difficult situation far more manageable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both to any cyclist who finds themselves in a similar position.
