Always informd about wats going on even though as usual legal process was taking long time nd thts expected ... Amy bird very nice nd understanding especially with lots of stress nd pressure from my side as aclient with alaw case nd nt sure if iam gonna get my insurance compensation or not all in all i wud recommend Bond turner for any legal or law cases nd i wud use them again diffinitly however i hope i do not hav to do tht at least any time soon.... thank you

Claim Against Local Authority for Failing to Properly Maintain a Road.
Long story short, I had an accident on my bicycle in July 2023, whereby I hit a pothole, causing me to come off my bike and sustain several fractured ribs as well as a collapsed lung. There was evidence that the pothole had been there for over 14 months. I spoke to Cycling Accident Management Services (CAMS), who then referred my case to Bond Turner. I was made aware that my case could take around eighteen months to conclude.
My initial experience with Bond Turner has prevented this being a 5 star review as the initial Case Handler was not particularly pro active and I had to chase him for updates.
However, in July 2025, Lorna Hughes became my new
Case Handler and communication and progress instantly improved. So much so, that some five months later my case was settled and I have now received more than adequate compensation for my injuries and damaged bike.
I would personally like to thank Lorna, and her colleagues Chloe Makinson and Holly Seddon, for their help also in bringing the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
