stainless steel nails
Ordered stainless steel nails. Turned up took a bit longer to arrive than expected but not too bad. Good product.

The 1mm stainless wire
The 1mm stainless wire, 1kg, came on a sturdy spool - easy to cut a length off without disturbing the rest of the unused wite.

Don’t order if you are working to tight deadlines
I placed an order on Monday with the promise of next day delivery. The money was taken immediately, and I received my receipt, but by Wednesday nothing had arrived. After chasing the company, I was told there had been an error their end and that my order would be sent out straight away. I have now only just received delivery information from DHL — and the package isn’t due to arrive until later today (Friday evening).
To make matters worse, I was told I couldn’t receive any form of compensation because I had already used the new customer “10% discount.” This delay has cost me significantly in labour, as I had to stand workers down, and it’s pushed the project back by an entire week.
I specifically chose this company because they advertised next day delivery, and because the brackets I needed aren’t standard size, I couldn’t simply buy them elsewhere. Unfortunately, the service has been extremely disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend relying on them if you’re working to tight deadlines.

Thank you for your reply and for taking the time to follow up.
I wanted to clarify that unfortunately there were absolutely no complimentary items included with my order. This was once again disappointing after being told twice items will be included for the inconvenience.

BS fixings contacted me directly and apologised for the inconvenience. They also sent complimentary items in the post.
This good will gesture went a long way towards restoring my faith in their customer service.

I’m very sorry again for the technical issue that caused the delay with your order. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you were working to a tight deadline, and I appreciate you taking the time to speak with us on the phone.
Unfortunately we couldn’t apply an additional discount as the order already had one applied, but there should have been some complimentary items included as an apology from our side.
I’m sorry this was missed. We’ll make sure this is addressed so it doesn’t happen again and we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future to provide the level of service we’re known for.

Ordered last week for next working day delivery, granted it was bank holiday so I expected some delay however not having a single update since purchase no tracking nothing very disappointed

Ordered a delivery for next day before 10:30AM and was only contacted the next morning saying that the stock couldn't be located and offering a. I
Upgraded Saturday delivery (I was Friday). I accepted the new delivery to then see un update for a Monday delivery instead

BS Fixings were quick to resolve a delivery issue
BS Fixings packaged and passed it on to DHL in good time. DHL initially reported that they had delivered it and I had signed for it which was a not true as it never arrived. When they failed to deliver the package I informed BS Fixings who without hesitation immediately sent a replacement package which arrived very quickly.
